"Pertain heights is in the middle of nowhere access from Newquay direction is quite poor.There was no plug for the bath. Also a crack appeared on the lounge window after a stormy night. There is No facilities onsite and staff never seem to be in the office either always seem to be else where"

"We stayed at Perran Heights for 2 nights in a Diamond Lodge. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything you needed inside the lodge. The lodge had been cleverly designed so even though it doesnt look big from the outside, it feels really spacious inside and has lots of storage space. The hot tub was a perfect bit of luxury! Communication with the host was excellent too. We would definitely recommend!"

The property is under a flight path - this did not disturb us at all! Dont be put off! A great location for dogs who hate fireworks as it's in the middle of nowhere. "Very kind and considerate owners. Couldnt be better. Enormously helpful and extremely pleasant. Charming half-timbered cottage with a great strong shower, cosy kitchen & living room combination and very comfortable bed. Fantastic parking directly next to the rented cottage. Well heated and very charming, and spotlessly clean. Great walks across the fields to the local village of Thaxted and of course within easy travelling distance of the village, replete with half-timbered houses and windmill. "
