"Lodge was slightly bare as it was brand new which was amazing in itself- so if I really wanted to find something to improve I would suggest some side lights in the main bedroom as only the main light overhead to read at bedtime or tv's as the fittings were there ready but it didn't matter to us at all as we were just happy to be there."

"Accommodation was nice and spacious, few damaged areas but to be expected as we needed a pet friendly lodge. One slight niggle was that it was not clear that towels were not provided so we had to go out and buy them on arrival. Also the key was an digital key, which was fine to use to open the door but it was tricky to lock when leaving so ended up leaving it unlocked a couple of times as we didn't want to walk up to reception as it was a bit of a trek. But these were minor issues as we had a great time and would definitely rebook"

"Beautiful lodge in a great location on the site, with views of the sea and countryside. Easy to get to other places in south Cornwall such as Marazion, Penzance, Mousehole, St.Ives, Porthleven and Lands End. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. The decking area was a lovely space to catch the sun. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a roll top bath with spa colour lighting which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this lodge and hope to return again one day."

"Very comfortable lounge and beds nice central heating lots hot watermy only complate was my gas hob didnt work so called the number a person from the site arived promptly the hob was faulty gave us a lighter to solve the issue but i was deffinatly faulty before we arived so dont understand why we were put in a unit with no working hob ? apart from this everything was great"

"The lodge we stayed in was quite old and basic. Our bedroom window had next door's hot tub right outside. Our neighbours were in their hot tub until midnight being very noisy with their dog barking which kept us awake. Apparently the site has a rule that no use of the hot tub after 11pm but there was nothing in our lodge to give people that information. In fact there was no information in the lodge about anything - how to work the cooker, park facilities etc. We had no wifi password left for us which was a pain as there is no mobile reception. Praa Sands is lovely and the site is an easy walk to the beach and coastal path."

"The lodge was beautiful and had all we needed and more! It was great to have the benefit of 2 bathrooms, washer/drier and dishwasher. We visited out of season and although blessed with great weather for the time of year, it was amazing how quickly the lodge warmed up when the heating was required."

"Bit outdated but could do with a small refresh. No welcome pack included.Had a small box with dishwasher tablets and bin bags in but the caravan didnt even have a dishwasher."

"Very poor condition needs deep clean of extractor in kitchen and shower headThe worst caravan Ive stayed in in many years - needs a full refurbishment of threadbare carpet, seating and mattresses. There were lots of lightbulbs not working and were replaced when reported but should have been done prior to occupancy, would not recommend this particular van (27 Wheal End) and it is right at the back of the site, also it is in my view too big a site having merged the two previous sites - Pengersick and Two Chimneys plus the old camping fields."

"Our only problem was the boiler. Furnishings and fittings do not bother us. It was lovely and clean what more can I say."

"The most perfect spot in our favourite place. The holiday park is lovely and quiet, with things to do if you want to. The whole site is spotlessly clean with great sea views. We stayed in 22 Atlantic View and we could not have asked for more. The location was perfect for us, as the whole family loves the beach at Praa Sands. We visited many places, enjoyed our family swims in the pool and watched the Lionesses beat Sweden in the Boathouse. Thank you for the best holiday."

"Clean everything you have at home Washing machine fridge freezer teles in the both lounge and masterooms On suite Toilet seat was loose and stained under the seat Went to reception,resolved in an hour Reception and service people were efficient and very friendly Shop was a little pricey and didn't stock alot but ok for convenience Great position for you to walk to the beach Only one parking space available for each van. Was only a short holiday we also had fantastic weather so didn't get to use facilities Little pricey for 2 people But first holiday for 3 years so paid it as we needed a holiday ..."
