"Very good caravan and well sited with views across the river"

"Poor lighting in the restaurant and all you could smell was alcohol everywhere. Its a family resort yet not very child friendly. Alot of dranken adults using very bad language and continually swearing infront of children. It was the only restaurant in the park and overly priced. It was more of a pub atmosphere then a family restaurant."

"Our Coopers Beach review: Not a good park. Starting they send an email saying the check is after 5pm but reception closes at 5pm. So you have to call and wait for security to give you your package (took 45min for check in as keys were not in the package and he had to phone a few people).Caravan had cereal in the pull out bed and not enough bedding for it (even though our party was of 8 people so they knew we needed pull out bed.No warning on the amount of mosquitos. Kids were all bitten and with bad swelling from bits. When we spoke to reception they told us to buy plug in repellents. Not good as they even admitted previous holidaymakers had same problem and they were given repellent but now there was no more. The pool in the park is tiny, booking was limited to 4 people on 1 day ( whilst our party was 8 so only children could go). Restaurant is expensive though food is ok. Entertainment is not amazing and bingo is at 10pm (which is much later than any other park we been to). We ended up leaving before our date as it was not a good stay at all. Would not recommend or come back."

"The lodge was really nice, super clean and plenty of space to relax. The description said there was a TV in every room, but turns out there was just one in the living room with a built-in DVD. We were really happy to find the hot tub though, that wasnt mentioned but made our stay extra special. The large fridge freezer was a bonus too!"

"We stayed in a lovely place, but it was a bit frustrating that one of the spare rooms didn't have a remote. Luckily, they sorted it quickly the day before we left, although no batteries included."

"We recently stayed at this lodge and there were quite a few hiccups during our visit. First off, the mattress had springs poking through, so sleeping was a bit of a nightmare until they replaced it on the second night. The hot water situation was also frustrating - no hot water for a day and a half, which was less than ideal. The kettle was pretty useless too, as it wouldnt reach boiling unless you kept holding the button down, but thankfully, that was swapped out quickly. Heating was another issue; it switched on full blast twice, forcing us to open windows and doors until someone came to turn it off - apparently, the thermostat needed replacing. Despite all that, the staff were really helpful and tried to fix things promptly, which we appreciated. We did have a meal at the restaurant - a burger - but it was undercooked and pink in the middle, so we got a refund. Also, we were expecting a welcome pack and directions at the entrance, but that didnt happen. We had to go to reception to find out which lodge we were in and get a map, which was a bit of a faff."

"We had a lovely stay site kept clean. Site was quiet got busy on last night not sure I would want to be there in summer holidays. Our lodge was brilliant only niggle patio door windows were dirty did mention at reception on leaving. Area quiet and not commercial."
