"Nice spacious cottage felt like a bungalow great enclosed back garden for dogs only downfall is grass was just mud from hot tub so dog walked mud in. Hot tub could of been with patio doors at back but was ok going around the back to it."

"Must have been giants that designed refurbishment, need a light over mirror in bathroom or dressing table with mirror that makeup can be applied. Would have taken travel mirror if I had realised there was nowhere suitable in cottage."

"The site was very good. The accommodation was very good and well equipped however some of the walls were scuffed. The area where the hot tub was could be utilised better with decking. The restaurant and bar are nowhere near big enough and the food was good however I did have to send my meal back on one occasion."

"Is was a random, quick holiday choice and i am so glad we came here, we had such an lovely time. I can honestly say there was nothing we did not enjoy about Rookley. The accommodation, leisure activities, restaurant and evening entertainment was all great. We will definitely be booking again."

"The cottage was lovely but there were things that were not provided that would have made it better. No oven gloves, no kitchen scissors, only five of each plate, bowl etc which isn't helpful when cooking for 5 people as you need extras. There were cobwebs all over the outside of the building/garden some of which we had to move they could have easily have been moved with the hose that they use to fill the hot tub prior to our arrival. Still loved the place and have booked for next year."

"Although caravan is old & dated and bedrooms are rather small overall the van was perfect for what we needed and we had a nice stay. I would have like the option for Adults only later night swimming but all family we met where very nice. Only issues we found was if we went put all day we struggled to park by our van. I think Van numbers and parking bays would be a good idea. We where in van 141."

"Our Lakehouse was in a perfect location and contained everything you needed. Maintenance team were extremely helpful on Sunday we stopped 2 gentlemen in their cart to ask about our folding doors sticking, they followed us home and fixed the problem instantly. Fantastic service. The only downside we tried to use the on-site restaurant twice once for breakfast and once evening meal both times it was not open young lady behind bar was very vague about if or when it would actually be open so we didn’t bother again."
