"The sight was nice, the kids loved it. Wouldn't call the shop a shop really. Loud shot gun noise started at 6 every morning that woke us up like an alarm. Next time I would take ear plugs."

"There were a number of issues with the caravan but they were not all rectified. No welcome pack, no instructions for central heating that was off. Limited kitchen utensils but more were given. There was a big crack in basin in bathroom. The towel rail kept falling off but not rectified even when reported. The cover was hanging off the smoke alarm then on the last day when we looked at it it had no batteries which I then reported as I did the need for new batteries in the tv remote but this was never rectified. Also getting in and out of the park was a problem as our car reg was never recognised so needed the code to get in and out. Lastly we had 2 meals at the restaurant the chicken meal was fine but we ordered 2 sticky toffee puddings that cost £6.95 with custard which tasted horrible so was given a full refund. Would not return to the park."

"The park could do with things to do inside for kids and adults for when it rains eg amusements, soft play. The caravan was lovely but I'm glad we took everything with us as nothing was provided except bedding.The only negatives was the grill pan hadn't been cleaned and there were dishes left in the dishwasher from previous customers."

No patience and asked to exchange a toy we bought from the bar which did not work within minutes of buying was very patronising. apart from that was a great place. Accommodation was perfect for us as a base we stayed in one of Hives."

"We had a wonderful long weekend stay in a glamping pod . It was clean and had everything we needed . The staff in the bar were absolutely wonderful and the ladies serving the food were marvellous .The only gripe was that my 16 year old son wasnt able to use the gym."

"We stayed from 18-25 of July Reception staff are lovely and so helpful both at gym and the bar and restaurant. Wee shop is handy for boys you have forgotten to take. Our caravan was lovely and clean and had all the essential utensils we needed. So much to do in area we went to hesketh park and enjoyed folks in the park. Ainsde beach is 13 mins away. Went to Vue to cinema and it’s 4.99 for a movie which is cheap if your having to buy for a big family. We definitely go back ??"

"loved the 3 bedroom van, it was very new, well equipped and clean. Our grandchildren liked the pool and football area. The food in the pub was excellent. It was a good base for visiting southport. I would use it again and recommend it to friends."
