"Caravan was lovely. WIFI, Bluetooth speakers, dishwasher, lots of space. Came with bedding. Laura left us some essentials which was helpful. Cleaning was spotless."

"Lodge living space decent size comfy beds decent showers but lodge was tired in places carpet was filthy and sofas were dirty loads of missed places that look like they havnt been cleaned in a while no smart tv like advertised no tumble dryer either also tv in bedroom worked when it felt like it , Hot tub was lovely on first night but it rained next day so couldnt use it as there is no shelters above them The park itself was boring even with small climb play area for kids no swings or slide little fun room on site but boring for older kids we drove down to Skegness beach 55 minute drive from the park was our best fun while here be aware you do see wild animals running around the park which wasnt advertised so we were very overwhelmed to see Bob cats and deers"

Our lodge was for ten people yet there wasnt a big enough pan to cook for us all, only a small frying pan. Instructions on how to work the cooker/microwave oven would be helpful too. Also, the sofas were looking a little dirty and worn. Maybe cream isnt the best colour. A welcome pack with a list of recommendations of things to do/places to eat locally would also be good. Other than that, lovely comfortable stay and very friendly staff."

"Caravan had everything we needed.very clean and comfortable. If taking a dog recommend you take throws for the bed and couches as all light colours, so you don't have to worry about mud or grass. Down side for TV lovers is no Freeview player. Just regular live channels.Small welcome pack with washing up liquid, tea towel and bin bags, very nice also provided several toilet rolls."

"Our only criticism would be that the hot tub was very small compared to other locations we have stayed at. Especially as our lodge could sleep 10 people but you could only fit 4 people in the the hot tub.Overall, it was a brilliant stay and we would definitely return to Appletree and recommend to others."

"A lovely spacious caravan, with plush fittings and interior. All was completely clean and welcoming on our arrival, and the welcome pack of washing up things was a lovely bonus. There's a lovely little pet welcome pack too if you bring a dog. Very comfortable sofa, the typical very narrow twin beds and cosy table seating but overall a spacious feeling caravan and very comfortable for four adults."

"Wow wow wow wow wow.......we were certainly wowed!!!!!!! All I can definitely say for this holiday park believe the reviews. I read all the reviews which swayed me booking and I was not at all in any way disappointed, so much so we will all be back. Lots of spiders and cobwebs initially when we arrived more to ceilings of caravans which we accepted as the surrounding of the site is their habitat pure woodlands, and we noticed once the caravans central heatings were on they started to disappear. Cleanliness and size of entire caravans which are all new are a whopping 10/10. We had enough cultery, dishes, cups, glasses and pots/pans, some a little dirty but we always wash things before use when away. As do we give a semi clean of all over areas when in accommodations. Slight minor issues no towel in one of our 3 caravans but no problem and corrected within less than 15 minutes when reported to reception. Again, one of the caravans central heating broke down, an engineer arrived in less than 2 hrs and could not repair the fault, so we were moved to a nicer slightly bigger caravan. The only moan bedroom 3 is like a cupboard you have to walk like a crab (sideways). Regardless of minor issues these never spoiled our stay in any way. We went out of season so most activities were closed but scenery was amazing. Thank you Apple tree holiday park for a beautiful stay."

"The only things missing from the accommodation is a pair of scissors that can actually cut! The ones in the drawer couldnt even cut a plaster and a lamp for main bedroom and living room as lights are all very bright, you are either in bright light or pure darkness in the evening when chilling."
