"Everything was just beautiful cosy clean and homely"

"Fantastic, the lodge was very spacious and comfortable, a 65" tv, and hot tub, the deck had a lockable gate which made it all feel secure. The on site shop was well stocked. Overall a fabulous holiday park."

"Heating failed in the lodge twice, with nobody contactable on the phone as it happened out of hours on both occasions. I had to become a Google Engineer to sort the issues out.Still had 1 large radiator not working and one smaller one leaking, which meant the lodge tool a wile to heat up once I had managed to fix the boiler.The lodge itself was very comfortable and all the furniture was in good order, although the beds could do with mattress protectors."

"The holiday was booked under the assumption the park activities and entertainment would be open as per the hoseasons website- unfortunately it wasnt. No kids entertainment no evening entertainment, no aqua park. Also our lodge was next to the site bins and dumping ground for rubble/ rubbish/ dirty mattresses- it wasnt a nice view or pleasant to hear the dumper trucks throughout the day. Maybe itll be better going in summer months but I definitely would not recommend going in March."

"The caravan was spacious very clean and well equipped it wasn't very comfortable as the sofas weren't comfy to sit on .possible the age of the caravan The bed wasn't very comfy again we feel the age of the mattress.Lovely location and well kept park ."

"Unfortunately the cottage hadnt been cleaned thoroughly. The floor was filthy, with obvious balls of fluff/hair in corners and on the stairs. There was old food near the dining table and by the armchair. It was clear that the property hadnt been swept, vacuumed or mopped. The cottage itself was spacious and airy. The heating was really good. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didnt use the hot tub but it was maintained both mornings that we were there.The shower pressure was okay, we had hot water for all four showers each morning which was good (expected but not always a given)."

"Very comfortable place to stay and hot tub was great to use and private so not overlooked by anyone else as garden to property completely closed off from any passers-by. My only negative is the charge for Wi-Fi, which was expensive so chose not to use it. £15 for 3 days,when pretty much everywhere you go these days it's completely free to use."

"The lodge was spacious, heating very warm. The seats were well worn so didn't offer a lot of support. Needed a mop for the floor especially as there is a hot tub. En suite needs a toilet brush and bathmat.Lovely double bedroom with ensuite. The single beds were a good size. Needs more cutlery."

"Lodge was brilliant, dish washer, washing machine in the kitchen which is always useful for us with young children. Full sized bath in bathroom which is ideal for our youngest. Spacious, roomy and lovely to relax and unwind over your stay on site."

"Caravan was beautiful, really clean and modern! It was a pet friendly caravan and you wouldnt have known that pets had been in it before. Its got a front porch decking and a side decking too which is great for dogs and children. Right near one of the fishing lakes so very peaceful and great location couldnt fault it"

"Absolutely fantastic break. The lodge was 100% and the sunken hot tub was a real bonus. Only negative point is there was an horrendous sewage smell from the cesspit behind the lodge, (BR37) something needs to be done about that."

"Love this place, great destination, not overly crowded like other sites, bar onsite serves great food, staff are friendly, hot tub and lodge was great. One downside was the mattress in the bedroom was shocking and gave my partner a bad back. But other than that it was another brilliant holiday there."

"Went for a long weekend to celebrate birthdays (ages 21-24). Stayed in platinum lodge, was worth the money. Had welcome bits in there which was a lovely gesture. Hot tub was amazing on the decking and rooms were good. Wasn’t much to do around the area. Shop on site and was a tesco 3-4 mins away which was handy."

"We loved our lodge, very clean too. The site is nice to be honest and you do have a bar and restaurant but the food suppliers could do with a change as the cheesy chips and anything with this type of cheese, no idea what!, is really not good at all. Bit far out for the beach but if you drive thats not such a problem."

"We had a fantastic week.!!!! The caravan was changed for us because I booked the wrong van by mistake as when booking the pictures showed us a normal caravan and it was a wheel chair friendly caravan. But it was sorted out with no questions and we were given a brand new van it was lovely and very clean. a member of staff in the bar called Richard was very nice and made us feel welcome. The fishing lakes were perfect caught alot of fish throughout the week. The food was fantastic. The entertainment was great although we struggled to hear what was being said the mic wasn't very clear. The only thing missing was a pool. also menus for local takeaways that delivered to the site/van we was given some phone numbers but had to Google the menus and some didn't deliver. Very close to mablethorpe. We didn't have a hoover or cleaning products so had to make do with what we had."

"Overall had a great week away. Kids bouth under 7 fully enjoyed the entertainment and the park its self. Amusement staff was excellent would recommend for young or small family"

"Lovely lodge very clean great hot tub comfortable beds washer, dishwasher and plenty of utensils and outdoor furniture. Everything you need really and also a decent little supermarket on site an added bonus of the platinum lodge is that the cleaners will provide a daily bed making facility and a quick sweep up . Only downside no mattress protectors on 2 of the single beds and only one pillow per person and no spare bedding which is sometimes needed when you have children although I’m sure if it was required the staff would have sorted it out and I’m sure they would have given us extra pillows if we had asked. This is the 3rd time we have stopped at the Grange Leisure Park and we have always throughly enjoyed it. It’s a great location and we were lucky enough to get a platinum lodge that didn’t overlook the road. We will definitely be staying again."
