"Caravan was clean and comfortable but would say that warning needs to be given if after using hot tub do not attempt to walk on van floor as it is very slippery and my daughter had quite a bad fall I had to put towels on the floor to make it safe for her to get to bedroom so she could change in to dry clothing."

"Bed was dipped in the middle and a little noisey when you moved. Fridge milk holder was broken. Grill on oven did not work. Had problems with the toilet and shower. Caravan looked nothing like the online photos. Very disappointed"

"We spent a long weekend here as a last minute break. The caravan was lovely and spacious and spotlessly cleaned. It was really well stocked with all you'd need. The hot tub outside was a great size and the on site pool was fantastic. The shop had plenty of essentials and the on-site play area was great for the children. Will be back for sure."

"Very large and comfortable for just the 2 of us, we booked this accommodation for the hot tub and it didn't disappoint."

"Generally a nice caravan. Ensuite WC tiny, felt I needed to have a window open in lounge but most of the windows don't open. Gate to veranda needs attention and for a pet friendly caravan found bin with no top difficult. Even with heating on it felt drafty particularly at night."

"Site was reasonable but the cleanliness in the lodge left a lot to be desired. For example the light shade in the main bedroom above the bed was filled with cobwebs dead spiders and the remains of their meals. Not pleasant."

"Not cleaned very well at all, Curtains hadn't been dusted around in what looked like months. Old food under the coffee table. Dirty kitchen utensils. 2 saucepans and 2 baking trays nowhere near enough to be able to cook for 6 which is what the lodge sleeps."

"It was lovely clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The site appears small but it's larger than you think. Our grandchildren loved the walkway with the animals in it. Enjoyed swimming each day."

"Site managers were amazing. Very hard working & dedicated. Also provided reassurance and first aid to my little one when she hurt herself. Cant thank them enough. Caravans clean and tidy, site lovely with bar, food and a park outside for children."

"A great little site between Cheddar Gorge and Wells. The caravan was clean and well equipped. I was impressed they provided all the little extras, like towels, toilet rolls, hand wash, washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels and even a hairdryer. These were much appreciated."

"Lovely staff… lady and man very helpful in every way possible. Difficult with eating out on wed/Thursday off season due to club house closed and no other pub open in area. Difficult for dog walks but that is easily resolved just jump in a car and go out. We will not return but that is not a reflection on the owners, we just didn’t fit in ."

"Everything was great at Bucklegrove, 2 suggestions I would make that would have made the experience evem better 1. To have some sort of screen for the hot tub so that their is privacy from the neighbours as well as from passers by. 2. Wifi - Although it was not advertised as wifi provided, when we got there they said wifi was available, however the signal was too weak to function and mobiles were not picking up their signals from providers either. The upside with no wifi was that kids couldn't stay in their rooms but were forced to interact"
