"Nice and quiet"

"The lodge we stayed in had not been cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival, the cleaning book said it was last cleaned mid December and we visited mid Feb, there was a lot of build up of dust in the bedroom furniture in particular with water marks on the shower screens and tiling surrounding the bath/shower which hadnt been wiped over since it was last used"

"The sofas did have a lot of crumbs beneath the cushions but didn't ruin my time"

"Lodge was so lovely and spacious, hot tubs was lovely (little bit to much chlorine but didnt effect using). Beds where super comfy"

"The lodge had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable If you like a fluffy pilllow need to bring your own but otherwise great. We erected given a lovely little welcome box for our pooch. With a blanket, water bowl, toy and bags a nice touch. I like the style of the lodge walking into a utility room with good storage for coats and shoes before the main area. Would definitely stay again and recommend"

"Lovely lodge"

"This is a fab site. Our gripes were with the lodge itself and staff couldn't help as despite booking via hoseasons this was a private lodge. Hot tub was not working properly for our whole stay which was very disappointing, more like a hot bath than a hot tub, main point of paying more was for the hot tub. No hoover, a small thing but we did have a dog with us so would have been useful. Told by reception staff that it is up to the owner what is left in the lodge."

"Had a lovely stay in Turnberry 14 lodge, the lodge was clean and well equipped, lovely decor to our taste.There was a dishwasher and washer/dryer which came in handy and a nice selection of kitchen utensils, one bigger pot would have been nice for four people which might have gone missing judging by the extra lid, there were two small ones available which made do.Some dishwasher tablets, sponge and tea towel were provided.Only small issues we could find were a leftover bag with drinks outside on the furniture which hadn't been cleared away, a loose curtain rail that we fixed, and an at times slightly temperamental gas hob/grill.All in all we were happy with what we found and would stay again, thank you."

"Stayed in the silver VIP lodge it was absolutely stunning, the beds was so comfy on suite bathroom with a bath aswell as a separate toilet and shower room, hot tub was brilliant"

"Spacious lodge, very comfortable. Had a little trouble getting the temperature right in the shower - but could easily be user error! Only slight grumble (and it really was just that!) the mats by the hot tub were grim and the welcome mat into the lodge was a Christmas one (we went in February) really only nit picking from a feedback perspective!"

Before we could use any pots pans or glasses we had to clean them all first Worktops were all full of crumbs, mirrors in main bedroom and toilet were disgusting aswell. Cobwebs round the fireplace. Been to other Hoseasons parks which were all alot better"

"Lovely stay"

"The lodge could have been cleaner, we had to wash cutlery/glasses and pans before using them! Glasses also were not very clean! Cobwebs spotted above the kitchen blind, and half eaten biscuit on the floor near settee! Patio door glass dirty with finger marks! The cover on the swivel chair was all split, as well as a cushion! Thankfully bedrooms/bathrooms were clean, but our shower dripped constantly! The hot tub was lovely though, and we made the most of the relaxing stay! I did mention this at reception on leaving!!"

"Lodge was clean and cosy. It was a little on the small side. Our daughter loved the upstairs hideaway."

"Lodges not as pictured doors dont shut all handles half hanging off, hot tubs not private at all as about 5-6 lodges could see in plus there full of bits with a Champaign cork in so obviously not cleaned before entering , Women on reception was very rude because we arrived slightly early, TVs must have been from 1970s and not tuned in Very disappointed as we paid 500 pound for the weekend and expected much more"

"Excellent holiday park, the lodge, waterside, was in need of some renovations but was clean. You can tell it had been there for some time. All the park handymen were very friendly and helpful, hot tub was checked daily. Over all we would recommend this park."

"The park is a relatively new site alongside the golf course. The staff were friendly & helpful, the maintenance staff very efficient. While we were there the week days were quite & relaxing but come the weekend the noise level increases considerably with the extra numbers of holiday makers."

"The only downside I have is that the Internet connection was poor therefore we could not watch the TV or play music without it buffering and there is not much signal for mobile phones. I think there could be a welcome pack provided with instructions for the cabin and hot tub"

"We loved the lodge and hot tub very well equipped and spotless. Jj restaurant lovely food good and big portions staff nice. The golf course was really good my grandsons loved it the site is very well mentained and we will definitely be back"
