"Great lodge. Spacious for a family of 4 or 5 as one room if requested you can turn into a tripple room. The hot tub was cleaned daily amd was nice and warm. Sofas and furnishing were clean...and that is a big thing for me."

"I dont normally do reviews however this place does warrant it. We stayed in pet friendly keepers lodge, first impressions were just wow this is a beautiful cottage-esque lodge. Very clean , lots of towels provided, great facilities with plenty of kitchen utensils even including scissors if you needed them, Everything seems to of been thought about. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hot tub was brilliant and clean."

"We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for both us and our furry friend. When we walked in, there was a delightful doggy bag waiting with treats, a towel, and a fun toy for our pup. Plus, the adults were treated toowith a lovely bottle of wine and some delicious chocolates!There were so many wonderful walks nearby, and we were thrilled to find a fully enclosed dog park that we could book online while we were there. The lodge itself was simply stunning, equipped with everything we could possibly need.And lets not forget the hot tuba fantastic bonus! Nighttime was magical; we enjoyed stargazing and even had the chance to spot some badgers. Such a memorable experience!"

"This is the second visit and we just love it. So peaceful and quite. My kids love the chill time, the lodges are great modern but fit with the forest theme. It was spotless and has everything you need when you get there. Shop is well stocked with all your essentials. Lots to see and do just a short drive away."

"Great lodge, open plan worked very well. The long decking and huge hot tub made it special. Walk in shower was great, very powerful it felt like a massage. Bath was not needed really but looked huge. The lounge had very comfy leather settees and managed to feel cosy. Excellent lodge for two people."

"We stayed in a Keepers pet friendly in July. It was amazing!! The lodge was huge, very clean and had everything you needed from a dishwasher to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The hot tub was outstanding and checked every morning by staff. The site is very clean and quite. The driveway into the sight is stunning and houses so much wildlife. The walks around the park are amazing too and we saw so many deer and foxes. They have wildlife cameras that you can watch on the TV in the lodges. We hired bikes too, it very good value for money and very easy to do. The staff were fantastic. You are out of the way of any supermarkets but can get a delivery to site and there are some stunning towns to visit not far from site. Whitby is about an hour drive. We absolutely loved our holidays. We will definitely be booking next year. It was one of the best sites we have ever stayed in."

"We stayed at Cherry Tree Barn and it was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous surrounding areas. The barn was very clean and very big, 3 good sized bedrooms. We did a woodland walk with our dog it was about an hour and it took you to Sandburn Hall. Tykes restaurant is also at Sandburn Hall and it is definitely worth a visit, the food was excellent and the staff are a credit to the restaurant, all were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again in the near future."

"Had a lovely time. Was heatwave first day so no need for hot tub,acd tub would have been better, Lol. could have done with air con or fans that day. But a lovely time and the best WiFi set up with smart TV. Great. Ps be aware the WiFi logs you out and you have to search again to reconnect every so often but inly when you have bit used for a while. A wee squirrel visitor came to see us every day on the patio. Bring the citronella candles though as you are in a forest. Not many midgies but horseflys. Great location for York and Scarborough."
