Kessock Highland Lodges Reviews

"Beautiful lodges, comfortable, spacious and so clean. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Lovely views over trees and fields to the water. Amazing hot tub, and a lovely 'pod' for sitting and eating out. Well set out for privacy and peace. Just perfect!"
Annette - Oct 2024
"We enjoyed a 3 night break at North Kessock Lodges and cannot fault it in any way.We were warmly welcomed by our host Janice who was on hand to help and support us during our stay. The lodge was immaculate - clean, modern, very tastefully decorated, with a beautiful view out across the field. We also were lucky enough with the weather to be able to enjoy relaxing in the hot tub one evening! We were very impressed and would recommend the Lodges to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting Scotland. We will definitely look to booking again in the future."

The lodge was clean and even better than the pictures, which were already great. The surroundings were beautiful and it was very peaceful. The little touches that were added in the lodge really made a difference and we would definitely recommend this lodge to others and would love to come again!"

"Well, what can I say - WOW!

What a wonderful and peaceful location for well equipped and amazing lodges to be located.

The kitchen has everything that you could ask for, coffee machine, blender, grill and a wide range of crockery and utensils.

The lodge is spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Hubby loved the shower and being able to play the music throughout the lodge was amazing.

Of course, the hot tub can't go without a mention, this was checked daily by the owner and was kept to a wonderful temperature all day. Couldn't beat being able to jump in the hot tub at any moment.

We were given a tour by Donald when we arrived which was great and even recommendations for places to eat and also local information that was relevant to us while we stayed in the lodge.

Definitely won't hesitate on going back again, already looking at dates for next year.

Thanks again to Donald and Barbara, what a perfect retreat you have to offer!"
Adele - Nov 2019

Karen - Jun 2019
"Perfect getaway for myself, husband and dog, really felt we had a break away from the world.

Absolutely stunning location, beautiful log cabin and the host was extremely helpful and friendly.
Could not recommend enough, only a 10-15 minutes drive from Inverness centre. Feel far enough away from it but not completely in the middle of nowhere.

The views from the cabin were breath-taking, plenty to do nearby. Only an hour away from Loch Ness and other touristy places.

Will definitely be back next year, first trip to Scotland but not the last."
Jody - Jun 2019
"Very helpful and friendly, quiet and peaceful location, very well equipped. Would definitely stay again "
Erik - Mar 2019
"All in all everything was great."
Joyce - Mar 2019
"We had a lovely welcome and lots of helpful info on places to go while we were there. We have 2 teenage children, so there were 4 of us in total. The lodge is beautiful with lots of lovely little touches inside to make it feel extra special when you arrive. No need to pack shower gels and shampoo as they are provided. Beds are super comfy and you get a bath sheet and bath towel each so we didn’t need to bring an extra towel for the hot tub (which was handy when we only brought cabin luggage on the plane. If you fly, it’s not far from the airport, and Inverness is about 15 minutes away and pretty good for shops. It took us about an hour and 45mins to drive to Fort William and 35 minutes to the Cairngorm national park, so a good base to get to different places. You are completely private in the lodge garden, we were lucky enough to get some lovely hot days to spend in the garden and hot tub but I’m sure it would be just as nice if the weather wasn’t as good! We loved our week at Cromarty Lodge and couldn’t recommend it enough!"
Lynne - Aug 2022

Nikki - Jul 2022
"We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t fault it. We arrived early evening and was greeted by Janice who was lovely, friendly and had lots of recommendations of things to do, places to eat etc. The lodge itself was immaculate, so well equipped and in such a lovely setting. We are hoping to book to stay again in the future! Highly recommend to all"
