Verified Guest - Apr 2024
"We aere Staying in No 28. One of the Double Room when you Enter on the Left Smells like Sewage Water. We Informed Maintenance Person he Said will send someone but no one came. My daughter fell Sick and we had to leave 1 day Early. No Contact from Office or to refund for one day or Compensation."
K dosanj - Apr 2024
"Lovely lodge the nicest I have stayed in up to now. All new and modern! Beautiful interior.Love that it is pet friendly! Really relaxing site. Can go out of a day then come back and enjoy a chilled site.Staff really friendly and helped with a slight issue with the door (this was on my part) they sent someone over straight away. Orally receive a welcome pack when booking through hoseasons, didnt which was a shame. Will come back"
Danielle - Apr 2024
"As previously stated. The lodge was really nice however the toilet seat came off twice and there is some tape around the lodge to seal the flooring."
Chris - Apr 2024
"Beautiful lodge. Perhaps just needs a rug in the lounge to make it a bit more cosy (and warm on the feet) but that's personal choice. Lovely bathrooms and showers."
Verified Guest - Apr 2024
"Lovely location with an immaculately kept park. Lodge(31) was clean but worn in a couple of areas.ie tape on the floors and could also do with a blind up in the en-suite with the shower in. Friendly staff, and very helpful when we had an issue with the cooker. Beds and other furnishings comfy, hot tub was lovely and warm. Well situated park for travelling to all areas of North Wales. Definitely would return."
Darren - Apr 2024
"Stayed Mon to Fri. Check in on Fri was strictly 4pm and checkout Monday was 10am.Good points - lovely modern lodge, excellent hot tub, nice viewNegative points- no welcome pack with basics like bread and milk, site is still work in progress so some areas not that attractive, new lodge yet some wear and tear to paintwork and taped floor etc, only 2 dishwasher tablets provided and no washing machine tablets, beds not the comfiest and sofa in lounge need some cushions. There were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms in our 3 bed premier lodge which be useful for us ladies who want to dry out hair in front of a mirror."
Melissa - Mar 2024
"On site facilities well there is none except a few bits in the reception area there is a convenience store about a mile up the road, and a pub but again its quite a walk away, the lodge itself the beds are very comfy and were made up on arrival, there was tea, coffee milk sachets to have a brew when you arrived which is a nice touch, we did arrive 20 minutes early but were told we had to wait until 4 oclock so dont turn up early expecting to get your keys earlier unless pre arranged. We had a ride out to a few seaside towns which was lovely, the lodges are a great base to explore North Wales."
Sharon - Mar 2024
"A lovely well equipped Lodge in a beautiful location."
Verified Guest - Mar 2024
"Very nice place to relaxFor a short break"
Verified Guest - Mar 2024
"We went with our little doggy and it was absolutely gorgeous place! Perfect spot to explore north wales! Can tell its a new site but the lodge itself was modern! Perfect for 2 of us! We loved the hot tub thats at ground level, and good heating that came in quickly after a day in the cold. The dog washes on the bin sections are a great idea, just need finishing up / connecting. Will be coming back ??"
Lauren - Mar 2024
"This lodge was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a first class self catering holiday. The beds were comfortable and the central heating worked a delight (needed in March). There is plenty of space between lodges with grass/gardens surrounding. Plenty of parking next to lodge. We had a great time."
George - Mar 2024
"Lodge was modern and decorated lovely. Perfect place for a week away! Will be back soon"
Verified Guest - Mar 2024

Sue - Feb 2024
"Cant fault it clean comfortable lovely lodge."
David - Feb 2024
"Dishwasher was broken. Part of floor was coming up. Some of the bathroom tiles were coming away from the wall. Underneath furniture was disgustingly dusty. I also have several bites on my legs after sleeping in the lodge."
Victoria - Feb 2024
"Unreal lodges super clean and modern which I loved. Only thing I could say is maybe put blinds on the front door as our front door was facing someones lounge area other than that I couldnt fault this place at all was beautiful peaceful and super relaxing we didnt want to leave"
Verified Guest - Feb 2024
"Excellent in all aspects"
Laura - Jan 2024
"Could not recommend this lodge enough! We visited as a girls trip. From the start the staff were exceptional; they called ahead of time to ensure we could access the barrier with ease. On arrival to the lodge, a very spacious outdoor area. The lodge itself was modern, clean and had been prepared with the little things like washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs. The bedrooms were immaculate. The hot tub was easy to use and clean (we spent many hours in there!). The morning of checkout, someone came and emptied the hot tub, which solidified the high level of cleanliness. We are already looking at booking again! A brilliant stay"
Neelam - Jan 2024
"Absolutely fantastic lodge and hot tub. We had a fantastic stay everything was clean and comfortable.Would recommend highly"
