"when we arrived we were first greeted by reception asking for a £100 safety deposit-this wasnt advertised on booking and was a very big shock! Over a week later and the money still hasnt been returned?!? Really enjoyed our time here! Hot tub was well looked after and clear. Caravan was clean too. Caravan facilities were pretty basic. No airer to dry went clothes or towels, asked reception for one and they had non for inside use. A plastic sheet on all beds?? This was under the fitted sheet which wasnt fitted! Came off as soon as you sat on the bed! Would go back here again but would upgrade to a better caravan. LOVED the secure dog garden"

"This is a beautiful lodge. Very spacious, very clean and good facilities. Pool towels and slippers were a lovely touch. The welcome pack provides essentials to get you going (dishwasher tablet, tea towel, tea, coffee and milk etc). My only one feedback item would be to install some hooks near the hot tub, to hang up towels. Our stay was dry, so we could put them on the floor, but would be useful if the ground was wet from rain etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Inside the caravan, there are things which aren't included which people likely wouldn't think of bringing along with them. A dishwasher was there for example and normally we find other parks leave a single tablet for guest to use the dishwasher (we don't own a dishwasher at home so wouldn't buy a whole pack or box for just a few nights stay) so the dishwasher wasn't used unfortunately. Also when cooking we found there's no oven glove, not something we'd think of needing to bring so oven cooking was somewhat precarious. No cleaning cloths or sprays of any kind so these need to be brought along. Another suggestion is perhaps for lamps or dimmers for example, there are only main lights in all rooms and particularly in the bedrooms it would be very helpful to have a lamp for reading in bed for example. A small coffee table perhaps would also be beneficial in the lounge area for families to play games on etc?All in all though we had an enjoyable and much needed short break."

"We had a wonderful 3 days stay. We were a group of 4 but the caravan could accommodate 6 people. It was very spacious and everything was clean. Were provided with enough utensils, and all amenities. Especially The hot tub was clean and well taken care off."

"What a great holiday! We've just returned from 4 nights at St Agnes. The van (Perranporth 2) was excellent, plenty of room, beds were full size, very clean and modern. Out of hours help was excellent when needed (power failure!). Site was maintained very well, neat and tidy. Very quiet when we stayed which was ideal. Only negative was poor wifi. The holiday park is in a good location, just off the A30, perfectly suited for a cycling holiday. All in all, a really good break. We'd definitely return."

"Arrived at the holiday park with 2 cars , we were told our lodge only had room for 1 car, so we had to pay a substantial amount to park our car outside reception. We paid this but thought that it was very expensive just to park your second car. However as the day went on we noticed their were spaces right outside opposite our lodge, although these were for camper vans to hook up, so we thought that's why we can't park there. We then noticed a motor home that hooked up opposite the camper vans spaces then saw them park their car in the camper vans space. I'm sure they didn't pay for this privilege as I'm sure we could of parked there. Anyway just thought it was a little unfair and pricey. ????????We stepped into our lodge only to start clearing up around 10 flies that were dead on the carpet, something I wouldn't expect when you step inside your clean lodge!! The lodge had everything you could need to cook etc. The bedrooms were OK, twins on the small side and only 1 shower for 6 persons lodge! Heating is capped at 21c, it was freezing when we arrived temp was 11.5c. The hot tub was lovely and at a great temperature and we could use straight away. The lodge had towels on the table in the living room for the hot tub. But sadly we didnt use them as every single towel had stains on them. Overall I would recommend to stay here but only use 1 car between you and as we stayed in March and their were alot of flies I couldn't imagine what it would be like in the summer and bring your own towels for use of the hot tub."
