St Agnes Holiday Park Reviews

"when we arrived we were first greeted by reception asking for a £100 safety deposit-this wasnt advertised on booking and was a very big shock! Over a week later and the money still hasnt been returned?!? Really enjoyed our time here! Hot tub was well looked after and clear. Caravan was clean too. Caravan facilities were pretty basic. No airer to dry went clothes or towels, asked reception for one and they had non for inside use. A plastic sheet on all beds?? This was under the fitted sheet which wasnt fitted! Came off as soon as you sat on the bed! Would go back here again but would upgrade to a better caravan. LOVED the secure dog garden"

"Joke of a company refused refund when they changed the dates and wouldn't accommodate me and my children very rude"
Leigh - Mar 2025
"Very nice site. Caravan clean. Staff friendly and helpful."
Verified Guest - Mar 2025
"This is a beautiful lodge. Very spacious, very clean and good facilities. Pool towels and slippers were a lovely touch. The welcome pack provides essentials to get you going (dishwasher tablet, tea towel, tea, coffee and milk etc). My only one feedback item would be to install some hooks near the hot tub, to hang up towels. Our stay was dry, so we could put them on the floor, but would be useful if the ground was wet from rain etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
Vicki - Mar 2025
"Our St Agnes Holiday Park review: Inside the caravan, there are things which aren't included which people likely wouldn't think of bringing along with them. A dishwasher was there for example and normally we find other parks leave a single tablet for guest to use the dishwasher (we don't own a dishwasher at home so wouldn't buy a whole pack or box for just a few nights stay) so the dishwasher wasn't used unfortunately. Also when cooking we found there's no oven glove, not something we'd think of needing to bring so oven cooking was somewhat precarious. No cleaning cloths or sprays of any kind so these need to be brought along. Another suggestion is perhaps for lamps or dimmers for example, there are only main lights in all rooms and particularly in the bedrooms it would be very helpful to have a lamp for reading in bed for example. A small coffee table perhaps would also be beneficial in the lounge area for families to play games on etc?All in all though we had an enjoyable and much needed short break."

"Very happy indeed"
Emma - Mar 2024
"The caravan was spotless and felt really fresh when we got there. We enjoyed our stay a lot!"
Emily Carter - Mar 2024
"We had a fantastic stay at St Agnes! The van (Perranporth 2) was spacious and modern, with really comfortable full-size beds. The place was spotless and the site itself was kept in great condition - neat and peaceful, which was just what we needed. The out-of-hours support during a power outage was quick and friendly, so big thumbs up there. The only downside was the wifi - quite poor, but honestly, it didnt ruin our trip. Perfect location for cycling, just off the A30. Wed definitely come back!"
James - Mar 2024
"So, we turned up at the holiday park with two cars, expecting to park both easily, but no - we were told our lodge only had space for one. Had to fork out quite a bit to park outside reception, which felt a bit steep just for a second car. Later on, we noticed spaces right outside our lodge that were meant for camper vans and even a motorhome parked up there with their car, which looked like they hadnt paid for it. Honestly, it seemed unfair and kinda pricey for what you get. When we stepped inside the lodge, we werent prepared for what greeted us - about 10 dead flies on the carpet! Definitely not what you want to see in a clean place. On the plus side, the lodge had all the cooking stuff you could need and the bedrooms were okay, though the twin beds were a bit small. Only one shower for a six-person lodge was a bit tight, too. The heating was capped at just 21C and when we arrived, it was freezing - only 11.5C outside. The hot tub was a real highlight - perfect temperature and ready to go when we arrived. They even left towels on the table for it, but sadly, every single one was stained, so we didnt use them. Overall, wed say its not a bad place, but definitely only bring one car, as parking seems a bit of a mess. Also, if youre staying in March, be prepared for loads of flies - cant imagine what summer will be like! And dont forget to bring your own towels if you want to use the hot tub. Its a shame about the towels, but the hot tub itself was a real plus. Still, pretty decent overall, just a few quirks to watch out for!"
Harriet - Mar 2024
"Really enjoyed our stay, close to the beach!"
Emily Carter - Nov 2023
"We had a lovely stay! The dog-friendly touches made all the difference, especially that towel for our little one. Definitely recommend it!"
Emma - Nov 2023
"Great spot, definitely worth a visit!"
James - Nov 2023
"We loved the space overall, just wish there was a tiny coffee table in the lounge area. Perfect otherwise!"
Jamie - Nov 2023
"Lovely park. Really clean site. Good facilities for washing clothes etc. Good gym and steam room"
Liam - Aug 2022
"Just spent a week here with family 2 adults 2 grown up children and our dog. Caravan was clean and spacious the site is exceptionally well maintained and clean can’t fault one bit. Site is very well located as your no longer the 15min drive to the nearest beach Loved it here and will definitely be booking a return. Thanks for having us St Agnes Holiday Park."
