"The Meal House is ideal for couples. Very stylish and comfortable. Clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Hot tub was an added bonus. We had a lovely quiet and relaxing week."

"Our second stay here and booked for Feb 26 already! Fantastic accommodation, great for winter nights in with Family. Pool table, hot tub and massive living space gives us great family time but also the fantastic bedrooms and on-suites allow everyone some of their own time. The only areas that need improvement (not worth taking stars ???? away) is the lack of storage on bedrooms, no hooks in bathroom and limited glasses. This is such a small cost that would make the stay perfect - I always live out of my suitcase here as I have nowhere to unpack and if I shower I have to hang wet towels over doors - it really is the small things that can make a HUGE difference! Thanks for a lovely stay, I hope next year I can unpack and hang my towels in the bathroom ????!"

Few little pointers-Glass tops suckered down in all rooms as theyre a hazard around children who could easily push them off-More plates provided to avoid constant dishwashing -No collider for draining veg/pasta-Broken bottle opener-No plastic cups for the hot tub, only glass which isnt ideal."

"The Meal House was just amazing so clean and very spacious for a couple it was decorated to a very high standard and every detail was thought about. From dishwasher tablets to coffee pods and milk I do always bring our own but was a fantastic touch. The hot tub was very well maintained and not over looked by other accommodation. And the views from it were amazing and the stars at night were just what I needed."

"Stunning property, was extremely happy. As with a few other reviews it's definitely lacking some minor touches - nowhere to store clothes other than a few hangers, no hooks in the bathrooms, all heating is through underfloor which wasn't very effective and we struggled to dry clothes. Luckily the log burner, abundance of wood and a clothes horse from under the stairs kept us going. Kitchen is stunning, welcome pack was gratefully received too.Would definitely return, the people on site are very friendly who went above and beyond to help. The donkeys are a nice touch. Lovely and quiet site, exactly what we wanted. Had a lovely time and we can't wait to try the other properties"

We were blown away with the cleanliness and finishing touches.Staff were so helpful, little shop was perfect for all the things we forgot. We were celebrating a 40th birthday and they allowed us to arrive early and set the balloons and decorations up. The whole site seemed spotless and obviously sally Elvis and Dixie was an added bonus. High end furnishings throughout. Zero complaints thoroughly enjoyed our stay will be booking again. Thank you so much"

The mezzanine has a sofa and TV but you can't really watch TV as you can hear the living room TV?Outside furniture was unusable as previous occupants over many stays have left it out so it was rotten and mouldyIssues with hot tub so not useable for first night but got sorted by friendly staff next dayWalls are thin very thin and you can hear every conversation and argument next door.Poor recycling optionsEach room has bathroom. "The Mint was perfect for my partners 40th celebrations with friends. Very well equity and beautiful decor. The master suite bed was sooo comfy! Could do with a set of drawers in some rooms but plenty of hanging space. Hot tub was ready on arrival and checked daily and the addition of milk and cake on arrival was a great touch! 2 x fridges plus a wi e fridge was perfect! Cant wait to go back!"

"What a lovely place. We came here for a weekend as an extended family of 9 and stayed in Parsley. You can't park right next to the Lodge but it's a tiny walk across a square. Not really a problem in any way.It's spacious, especially in the lounge/dining area. The outdoor decking space is great, with space to dine outside, too. Plenty of doors opening out into it for fresh air. They said you can have a BBQ as long as you keep it to the stones, not the grass. We managed to find some breeze blocks near the bins to raise the disposible BBQ off the floor so we didn't get soot on the patio (returned to where they were after). Loved the hot tub and it was nicely maintained.Bedding and towels provided. Two fridges and a wine fridge. A Freezer. Coffee machine that takes nespresso pods. I didn't know this but we could buy them on sale in the shop. Shop quite small but stocked with the basics and open 9 to 5/ 9 to 4. Teatowel, a few dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided. 10/15 minute drive on a main road to Skegness. Lovely Pizza restaurant just down the road (The lakes). The kids loved looking at the donkeys and the geese on the lake but if you were to make improvements a little playground would be brilliant. There was plenty of space to run around outside on the grass though. We brought bowls, a ball and a Frisbee.All in all a fantastic place and great holiday."

"Only given 3 stars as we felt facilities in cottage were poor. Firstly there was no washing machine as advertised in description, so we had to hand wash lots of items as we thought we wouldn't need full 5 days of clothing. Secondly there was nowhere to hang towels when showering so had to put them on floor, then there was nowhere to hang them to dry. Thirdly we didn't feel there was enough storage in the bedroom. Fourthly the TV was maybe a foot to high on the wall. We came away with sore necks.The cottage itself was lovely and peaceful and the hot tub was a great relief after long bike rides."

"What an amazing place to stay! For my 50th birthday my family stayed in Mint. Everything was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and beds comfy.We planned to eat in, bringing our own food and the kitchen was so well equipped this was a pleasure to cook in. We loved the pool table and hot tub and this proved to be just the most fantastic place for a family weekend. Very highly recommended."

"This was my second visit as loved it the first time. I stayed in Sage both times and loved it. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space within the barn, I love that every bedroom has its own bathroom, which are also at a very high standard, the showers are exceptional, I wish I had one in my own home. The large dining table and pool table is great for entertaining. The hotub was also hot and exceptionally clean, and made for a nice relaxing time at the end of each day! The staff onsite are also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Home Farm Park is far enough away from the noise but close enough if you want to be in the crowds. Ingoldmells and Skegness only short drives away. We had a fantastic stay! Sage Cottage was more equipped than we had imagined, having everything we could possibly have needed for a week away. Entry to the park and cottage was straight forward and all details given in enough time. The cottage was spotless on arrival. The hot tub was perfect and checked on every day, even if we weren't in. Having the pool table was a real treat, keeping us entertained for hours! The staff were quick to deal with any issues, and always polite and friendly, even providing additional towels we requested towards the end of the week. They advised additional facilities including a small shop and reception type area are currently being built, and more lodges are to be added, which we look forward to. We have already booked Sage Cottage for next year!"

"The barns were perfect for a family holiday. The pool table and hot tub kept our teenagers entertained. The bedrooms were lovely and everyone having their own en suite made life easier for getting out and about in the mornings. "Fantastic stay here and hope to return soon. 8 of us staying and plenty of space for all. One thing that let's it down only mirrors are located in the bathrooms. A mirror in the bedrooms would make getting ready and drying hair so much easier."

"On arrival the check in process was easy, plenty of parking and easily found. The park was quiet and fishing was good. The barn itself was spacious and the pool table was a good addition. The downsides you could hear alot of noise from next door and due to this one of the party slept downstairs on the sofa. Although the barn was clean the extractor fan above the hob was covered in bugs in fact was black with bugs and needed to be cleaned and the hot tub was absolutely filthy and we felt that it had not been emptied and there wasn't chlorine in it on the first night but clean on the second day. With reference to the hot tub yes it was checked most days however due to its position ie only could be checked by access through the property it felt that you were being imposed on. The property does need a bit of tlc and would benefit from some drawers to put your clothes in and clothes hooks in bathroom. I would recommend the park however I would choose one of the other properties for example the farm house without close neighbours."

"We had a fabulous time, when we arrived the place was beautifully laid out and cleaned. The hot tub was hot and ready to use. The addition of tea, coffee, milk and the plum bread with butter was a lovely touch. The only things we would recommend would be additional hangers in the bedroom as there was not enough for both of us so we ended up living out of suitcases for the week. And more fire wood as we had to purchase some after the first night and were advised there was no where on site we could grab anymore. The sofa was comfy but you couldn’t put your feet up anywhere and cuddle in, in front of the fire. Netflix was a great touch, as was the automatic windows and blinds. Overall, we had a great stay and are looking to book again later in the year :) thank you!!"
