About Home Farm Park Luxury Barns

History is combined with modern touches at Home Farm Park Luxury Barns, where guests have the opportunity to stay in gorgeous, restored period barn conversions within the stunning Lincolnshire countryside.

Whether you'd prefer to relax in your lovely accommodation to admire the lake side views, or venture out to nearby Skegness, Ingoldmells or Mablethorpe, Home Farm Park luxury barns is ideal for anyone looking for a Lincolnshire countryside escape.

Keen fishermen and women will also love the access to on-site fishing being available (at an extra cost). But if that’s not your cup of tea sandy beaches are only a short walk away!

Whether you're fishing or relaxing by the sea, you’ll need a place to call home for a short while. This is where Home Farm Park Luxury Barns comes in. With many accommodation types featuring private hot tubs, it's no wonder that 'luxury' is in the name!

For those on a romantic retreat, or simply travelling with a small young family, the Meal House is a fantastic option, sleeping two guests in a king-size bedroom. There’s plenty of space to relax outside with a glass of bubbly in the hot tub or on the private patio area furniture. There's underfloor heating and an authentic log burner - enough to keep you warm even in the colder months!

The Farmhouse is one of the larger property options, sleeping up to six people. The three bedrooms include a king-size master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one with two twin beds, and another king-size bed.  There is ample living space in the open plan kitchen/diner and living area, complete with TV.

Don't forget to dive into the welcome pack before relaxing in the private hot tub and putting your head down for the night before a day’s adventure in Lincolnshire!

For something to keep the whole family entertained, Nature-land Seal Sanctuary is a great option.  Follow the steps of rehabilitation for these pups rescued from Wong the Lincolnshire coast - but don't forget to say hero to the tropical butterflies, penguins, meerkats, and seals too! Stop off at the Blue Lagoon restaurant to refuel before heading back to Home Farm Park.  It's a fantastic, educational spot to spend the day as a family together and only a fifteen-minute drive from Burgh le Marsh.

Anyone fancying themselves a historian or gardener, or couples simply looking for beautiful outdoor walks, will want to visit Gunby hall. This 18th century country house is surrounded by Victorian walled gardens and was home to the Massingberd family for more than two hundred and fifty years! Whether you want to be inspired by the eight acres of gardens on show at Gunby, explore the country house and its history, or simply stop all at the tea-room for a slice of cake, it's a lovely way to enjoy Lincoln’s history - whatever the weather.

Thrill seeking families and couples – or anyone young at heart! – should head to Fantasy Island, where there’s plenty of rides and activities to keep everyone entertained.   For those who prefer to keep their adventure at ground level, there’s Ingoldmells market – Europe’s largest seven-day market – perfect for wandering around and picking up some souvenirs to take home!

Home Farm Park Luxury Barns Reviews

"The Meal House is ideal for couples. Very stylish and comfortable. Clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Hot tub was an added bonus. We had a lovely quiet and relaxing week."
Caroline - Mar 2025
"Some of the pillows were blood stained"
Ben - Mar 2025
"Love Sage Cottage, lovely accommodation. Very helpful staff. Relaxing break. Thank you"
Lisa - Mar 2025
"Sofa not that comfortable"
Stephen - Mar 2025
"Our Home Farm Park Luxury Barns review: Our second stay here and booked for Feb 26 already! Fantastic accommodation, great for winter nights in with Family. Pool table, hot tub and massive living space gives us great family time but also the fantastic bedrooms and on-suites allow everyone some of their own time. The only areas that need improvement (not worth taking stars ???? away) is the lack of storage on bedrooms, no hooks in bathroom and limited glasses. This is such a small cost that would make the stay perfect - I always live out of my suitcase here as I have nowhere to unpack and if I shower I have to hang wet towels over doors - it really is the small things that can make a HUGE difference! Thanks for a lovely stay, I hope next year I can unpack and hang my towels in the bathroom ????!"
Jonathan - Feb 2025
"Overall amazing house and beautiful decor. Few little pointers-Glass tops suckered down in all rooms as theyre a hazard around children who could easily push them off-More plates provided to avoid constant dishwashing -No collider for draining veg/pasta-Broken bottle opener-No plastic cups for the hot tub, only glass which isnt ideal."
Becky - Feb 2025
"The Meal House was just amazing so clean and very spacious for a couple it was decorated to a very high standard and every detail was thought about. From dishwasher tablets to coffee pods and milk I do always bring our own but was a fantastic touch. The hot tub was very well maintained and not over looked by other accommodation. And the views from it were amazing and the stars at night were just what I needed."
Kelda - Jan 2025
"Disappointing that the pictures have not been updated on the website which is very misleading when your expecting a farm house all cosy with a big lounge area for your family Christmas and instead a pool table has taken up most of the space"
Verified Guest - Dec 2024
"We enjoyed a weekend away at christmas time with all my family. we really enjoyed it. Beautiful house with beautiful furnishings & the hottubs great. Only downside was the heating system, we couldn't get it to turn up in the upstairs bedrooms. We've been coming here for the last 5 years **"
Kacie - Dec 2024
"Absolutely enjoyed every second of our stay. Facilities fantastic and house was beautiful!"
Kayleigh - Dec 2024
"Lovely holiday home. Will definitely be revisiting ????"
Lisa - Nov 2024
"Stunning property, was extremely happy. As with a few other reviews it's definitely lacking some minor touches - nowhere to store clothes other than a few hangers, no hooks in the bathrooms, all heating is through underfloor which wasn't very effective and we struggled to dry clothes. Luckily the log burner, abundance of wood and a clothes horse from under the stairs kept us going. Kitchen is stunning, welcome pack was gratefully received too.Would definitely return, the people on site are very friendly who went above and beyond to help. The donkeys are a nice touch. Lovely and quiet site, exactly what we wanted. Had a lovely time and we can't wait to try the other properties"

"Absolutely outstanding the photos do not do this place justice. We were blown away with the cleanliness and finishing touches.Staff were so helpful, little shop was perfect for all the things we forgot. We were celebrating a 40th birthday and they allowed us to arrive early and set the balloons and decorations up. The whole site seemed spotless and obviously sally Elvis and Dixie was an added bonus. High end furnishings throughout. Zero complaints thoroughly enjoyed our stay will be booking again. Thank you so much"
Laura - Nov 2024
"The only thing which would help any future ladies take an extension lead as unfortunately there are no mirrors near sockets. As I say just a helpful tip for future ladies staying."
Helen - Nov 2024
"It's a weird set out. The mezzanine has a sofa and TV but you can't really watch TV as you can hear the living room TV?Outside furniture was unusable as previous occupants over many stays have left it out so it was rotten and mouldyIssues with hot tub so not useable for first night but got sorted by friendly staff next dayWalls are thin very thin and you can hear every conversation and argument next door.Poor recycling optionsEach room has bathroom. No bath. Extra bathroom in hall?Needs pretty trees or plants planting outside as view poor Nice to have wine fridge and extra fridgeDonkeys were cute and saw lots of rabbits"
Verified Guest - Nov 2024
"The Mint was perfect for my partners 40th celebrations with friends. Very well equity and beautiful decor. The master suite bed was sooo comfy! Could do with a set of drawers in some rooms but plenty of hanging space. Hot tub was ready on arrival and checked daily and the addition of milk and cake on arrival was a great touch! 2 x fridges plus a wi e fridge was perfect! Cant wait to go back!"
Lucy - Oct 2024
"What a lovely place. We came here for a weekend as an extended family of 9 and stayed in Parsley. You can't park right next to the Lodge but it's a tiny walk across a square. Not really a problem in any way. It's spacious, especially in the lounge/dining area. The outdoor decking space is great, with space to dine outside, too. Plenty of doors opening out into it for fresh air. They said you can have a BBQ as long as you keep it to the stones, not the grass. We managed to find some breeze blocks near the bins to raise the disposible BBQ off the floor so we didn't get soot on the patio (returned to where they were after). Loved the hot tub and it was nicely maintained.Bedding and towels provided. Two fridges and a wine fridge. A Freezer. Coffee machine that takes nespresso pods. I didn't know this but we could buy them on sale in the shop. Shop quite small but stocked with the basics and open 9 to 5/ 9 to 4. Teatowel, a few dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided. 10/15 minute drive on a main road to Skegness. Lovely Pizza restaurant just down the road (The lakes). The kids loved looking at the donkeys and the geese on the lake but if you were to make improvements a little playground would be brilliant. There was plenty of space to run around outside on the grass though. We brought bowls, a ball and a Frisbee. All in all a fantastic place and great holiday."
Karen - Aug 2024
"Amazing accommodation!"
Matt - Aug 2024
"Very clean lodge, had all the equipment you could need for cooking etc. Had a fab time and will certainly be back."

"The Barn was lovely, loved the cake and biscuits that were left The beds were a little too low for me also no pizza cutterKids loved the pool table and board games"
Tracy - May 2024
"Only given 3 stars as we felt facilities in cottage were poor. Firstly there was no washing machine as advertised in description, so we had to hand wash lots of items as we thought we wouldn't need full 5 days of clothing. Secondly there was nowhere to hang towels when showering so had to put them on floor, then there was nowhere to hang them to dry. Thirdly we didn't feel there was enough storage in the bedroom. Fourthly the TV was maybe a foot to high on the wall. We came away with sore necks. The cottage itself was lovely and peaceful and the hot tub was a great relief after long bike rides."
Stephen - Apr 2024
"What an amazing place to stay! For my 50th birthday my family stayed in Mint. Everything was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and beds comfy. We planned to eat in, bringing our own food and the kitchen was so well equipped this was a pleasure to cook in. We loved the pool table and hot tub and this proved to be just the most fantastic place for a family weekend. Very highly recommended."
Amanda-claire - Apr 2024
"Beautiful cottage.had everything we needed. Beautiful log burner and great hot tub. Will definitely return."
Gemma - Apr 2024
"Beautiful cottage, highly recommend."
Gemma - Mar 2024
"This was my second visit as loved it the first time. I stayed in Sage both times and loved it. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space within the barn, I love that every bedroom has its own bathroom, which are also at a very high standard, the showers are exceptional, I wish I had one in my own home. The large dining table and pool table is great for entertaining. The hotub was also hot and exceptionally clean, and made for a nice relaxing time at the end of each day! The staff onsite are also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"
Toni - Mar 2024
"Amazing from start to finish - Gorgeous surroundings and staff couldn't do enough for us after some teething issues with the electrics sorted out quickly and rest of stay was 5 star"

"Outstanding everything was there that you would need all pristine"
Beryl - Mar 2024
"Generally a nice space.Tub not big enough if you had ten people staying luckily only five of us used it Needs things fixing and instructions to appliances leaving in welcome bookA leaflet on local walks would be nice, starting from venue....Need shelves in bathroom to put your stuff Couldn't open bathroom sky window as no hookLimited storage in rooms so you live out of suitcase once you've hung your coats and dresses upCups don't fit under coffee machineNo plastic cups for outside we brought our ownWine fridge was on but didn't workNice size freezer for wkendSome pans didn't work on oven hob so pointless to have in cupboard"
Verified Guest - Mar 2024
"Lovely house. Peaceful area. Very clean"
Chloe - Mar 2024
"Absolutely stunning place only down full was didn't like the staff coming in the garden with out knocking or asking knowing my children were in there half clothed as just got out of hit tub and the mattresses could do with being replaced as they dip in the middle apart from that fabulous place and location"
Hollie - Aug 2022
"Home Farm Park is far enough away from the noise but close enough if you want to be in the crowds. Ingoldmells and Skegness only short drives away. We had a fantastic stay! Sage Cottage was more equipped than we had imagined, having everything we could possibly have needed for a week away. Entry to the park and cottage was straight forward and all details given in enough time. The cottage was spotless on arrival. The hot tub was perfect and checked on every day, even if we weren't in. Having the pool table was a real treat, keeping us entertained for hours! The staff were quick to deal with any issues, and always polite and friendly, even providing additional towels we requested towards the end of the week. They advised additional facilities including a small shop and reception type area are currently being built, and more lodges are to be added, which we look forward to. We have already booked Sage Cottage for next year!"
Emily - Jul 2022
"Meal house is absolutely stunning very well maintained. Very close to all amenities we will definitely be going back later in the year"
Gemma - Jul 2022
"Beautiful setting the barn was perfect I would highly recommend if you are looking for peace and tranquillity."
Alan - Jul 2022
"The barns were perfect for a family holiday. The pool table and hot tub kept our teenagers entertained. The bedrooms were lovely and everyone having their own en suite made life easier for getting out and about in the mornings. The hot tub being on a private first floor balcony was also perfect and the view was great. Would highly recommend"
Lisa - Jul 2022
"The most stunning accommodation in a great location. Really clean, tidy and homely and the hot tub was the best we’d ever used! Love the fact it was checked every day. I’d highly recommend staying here and in the other accommodations on the farm."
Sophie - Jul 2022
"Fantastic stay here and hope to return soon. 8 of us staying and plenty of space for all. One thing that let's it down only mirrors are located in the bathrooms. A mirror in the bedrooms would make getting ready and drying hair so much easier."
Marion - Jul 2022
"On arrival the check in process was easy, plenty of parking and easily found. The park was quiet and fishing was good. The barn itself was spacious and the pool table was a good addition. The downsides you could hear alot of noise from next door and due to this one of the party slept downstairs on the sofa. Although the barn was clean the extractor fan above the hob was covered in bugs in fact was black with bugs and needed to be cleaned and the hot tub was absolutely filthy and we felt that it had not been emptied and there wasn't chlorine in it on the first night but clean on the second day. With reference to the hot tub yes it was checked most days however due to its position ie only could be checked by access through the property it felt that you were being imposed on. The property does need a bit of tlc and would benefit from some drawers to put your clothes in and clothes hooks in bathroom. I would recommend the park however I would choose one of the other properties for example the farm house without close neighbours."
Kat - Jul 2022
"Absolutely amazing could not find fault ! Can’t wait to rebook !"
Donna - Jun 2022
"We had a fabulous time, when we arrived the place was beautifully laid out and cleaned. The hot tub was hot and ready to use. The addition of tea, coffee, milk and the plum bread with butter was a lovely touch. The only things we would recommend would be additional hangers in the bedroom as there was not enough for both of us so we ended up living out of suitcases for the week. And more fire wood as we had to purchase some after the first night and were advised there was no where on site we could grab anymore. The sofa was comfy but you couldn’t put your feet up anywhere and cuddle in, in front of the fire. Netflix was a great touch, as was the automatic windows and blinds. Overall, we had a great stay and are looking to book again later in the year :) thank you!!"

Attractions Near Home Farm Park Luxury Barns

Here are some of the activities and experiences you can enjoy on your visit to Home Farm Park Luxury Barns. If you discover a worthy inclusion to this list on your hot tub break, please let us know and we'll add it so that other visitors can enjoy it too.
Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB
about 4 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
Rushmoor Country Park - GU10 1ET
about 17 Miles
Located in Louth in Lincolnshire this is an ideal attraction when you want to get out in the fresh air and explore. There are many animals to see including ponies and piglets which the little ones love.  There are also some amazing birds from hawks and falcons to owls.  Most aspects of this attraction are included in the admission cost and as well as wandering around you get to hold and feed the animals too.  A real highlight are the micro pigs which are just like real pigs but in miniature.  Fully grown they are around the size of a spaniel!  If you get hungry then you can take your own picnic to the picnic areas or head for the tea room selling delicious food and children's meals too.
Pleasure Island - DN35 0PL
about 27 Miles
Wow this is an amazing family theme park and you will probably need the full day to experience it all.  From thrilling rides to family shows, kids of all ages are catered for.  Some of the most popular rides include the Obliterator and The Pendulus, not forgetting the Hypoblaster.   Family shows are entertaining such as the African Acrobat Show which is back by popular demand.  Entrance tickets are good value and if you book online you will receive a discount. To save even more money if you live locally or are visiting the area for a few weeks you could buy a season ticket for around £50 which will allow you entry for the whole season.
The Jungle Zoo - NR31 9EY
about 28 Miles
Centred around a Tropical House in an amazing jungle like setting this is a really unique attraction that will appeal to families.  In the Cleethorpes area of Lincolnshire it's easy to get to and offers a fun yet educational experience.  Referred to as the number one attraction in the area highlights include capuchin monkeys, meerkats, ring tailed lemur and for the children African pygmy goats.  The tropical house features Red Eared and other Terrapins from North America and goldfish amongst other things.  We think The Jungle Zoo represents excellent value for money too.  We recommend a whole day to explore this attraction and ensure you get to see all of the animals resident there.
Bishops Boats Seal Trips - NR23 1RY
about 34 Miles
This is a really unique attraction running daily seal watching trips from the middle of March right through to the end of October.  The experienced skippers will lead you out on one of the traditional wooden boats where you will have the chance to see both common and grey seals.  If you love animals then this is one attraction not to be missed! They also do some boat trips combined with guides on dry land such as seal watching combined with a visit to Blakeney Point Nature Reserve, owned by the National Trust.  We think this attraction is excellent value for money as they keep their admission prices low.
Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens - NR21 0LN
about 35 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
