"Brilliant holiday! Only negative point was the bedroom with singles beds was downstairs and double bed upstairs - no problem for us as our kids are older but I did think it may not work for people with you get children."

"Holiday in an all was fantastic, we were looking for somewhere to relax and thus was the perfect place. The location, scenery and the luxuries just combine to make the perfect relaxing in nature we will definately recommend and we will be back."
Anthony - Sep 2019
"The lodge was lovely however there were a few small maintenance issues. One being the door handle to the downstairs twin room was loose. We reported this and it was fixed. However once fixed the door handle would not work and the was stiff to open. Once we eventually opened the door we had to use a chair in the door to keep open as we our children who were in the room would not be able to open it from the inside."
Emma - Aug 2019
"Lovely lodge in a beautiful setting. Very roomy, comfortable and clean. Great onsite facilities and activities. Close enough to major cities for visiting and plenty of sightseeing! Will visit again"
Jamie - Aug 2019
"Fantastic holiday, something for everyone (including the dogs!) Would 100% book again."
Heather - Jul 2019
"Loved everything about our lodge. Very comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped, great hot tub and nice views to side of lodge. We were in lodge 10. The location on site wasn't great. Probably the least private, and worst straight on view on the site. Although it was still more than ok."
Jacqueline - Jul 2019
"Excellent location, beautiful lodge with good facilities. Very stress free environment, woukd definitely go back."
Anne - Jun 2019
"Stunning place to go, especially if you want a chilled holiday and are into walking. We took out 2 year old, nothing really there for his age even the little play area wasn't much to go by. We hire out couple of bike and the kid extensions, did turn out to be am expensive bike ride but was something to do.
Would definitely go back."
Paige - Jun 2019
"Made some fantastic memories with family. The whole experience was amazing!"

"Really liked the lodge and location. The staff and the cafe were also very good. We would return although we did feel it was a bit pricey, also that the WiFi and extra TV channels should have been included in the price. Overall a really enjoyable break."

"FANTASTIC xx"
Lynn - Feb 2019
"Excellent. Looking forward to our next visit"
Mckenna - Feb 2019
"Lodge was amazing, booking inis at 4 .but had to wait till 4.40 in which I wasnt happy about with children .feel that booking in at 4 is a day wasted and then to be told that you have to be out by 9 isn't justified .overall excellent holiday .would definitely go back"
Deborah - Jun 2022
"Stunning location, helpful friendly staff, perfect holiday"
Jessica - Jun 2022
"Stayed for a weekend break here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Stayed in Golden Oak Lochside and the lodge itself was very modern and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and it was all very clean. Lovely big hot tub as well. We felt the 9am check out was a little too early. Great location. We were a group of 6 women and had to go to reception several times to ask for toilet roll as the amount and quality wasn’t great. The main downside to the stay was ordering dinner at 4pm for a 6pm delivering having been advised to order around 2 hours before it’s needed. At 5:20 received a call from reception to say they weren’t able to fulfil our order as it was too busy and we had left it too late. This was really disappointing as we were relying on that food for dinner. We had to go into Callander to get food as the Chinese delivery was cash only. Otherwise we enjoyed our weekend and would go back."
Aimee - Jun 2022
"Cabin lovly.not being able to park next to when we had log of unloading to do was hard after long journey. No where to let dogs of leads for a run"
Kathleen - Jun 2022
"Absolutely amazing! can’t believe there is a place like this 1hr drive from Edinburgh it’s like another world! everything was perfect wish we booked for more than just 4 days.,appreciate you having us and I will be booking again very soon ?"
Barry - May 2022
"A beautiful place with fantastic staff"
Heather - Apr 2022
"Prefect family break."
