This was our third time staying at these cottages, the cottage is comfortable and the facilities are ideal. The location is ideal for exploring round North Norfolk, as its not too far to the Broads or Wells by the Sea. The hot tub is the icing on the cake.

What a beautiful find in a beautiful part of Norfolk. The welcome pack was a really lovely touch, everything was thought out so you felt at home the minute you walked in the door. Lovely cottage very clean and modern. It was in a excellent location for touring around Norfolk.Good off-road parking for two cars. Nice enclosed outside area with table and chairs. It was close to a busy road which could be noisy especially in one of the bedrooms.

Lovely stay at the stables, 2 and half mile into cromer with is very handy, traffic can be noisey at times but it didn't put me off. Very comfortable and clean, lovely court yard which gets plenty of sun. Welcome gift was nice too.

A wonderful and very comfortable stay. The Stables is extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished. It's on a main road so easy to find but may not suit those who prefer silence but it is not a particularly busy road, especially during the night, and didn't worry us in the slightest.
