We absolutely loved our stay at The Owl! The views are breathtaking, offering stunning glimpses of Roseberry Topping and the Wainstones through those well-placed windows. Outside, the mix of rewilded areas, pathsand the patio with the hot-tub kept us and the dogs entertained. We were lucky enough to spot a barn owl twice while basking in the sunset - such a magical moment! The peaceful setting made it perfect for unwindingand it's a great base for exploring the moorlands, villagesand coast nearby. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is spot on, with gorgeous views and plenty of nearby spots to explore. The cottage was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The owner greeted us warmly and was happy to share some tips about the area, plus he said just give him a shout if anything came up. Our two dogs loved the secure garden - it was so nice to let them run around freely. Overall, a lovely placeand we’re already thinking of booking again!

Situated in Malton in North Yorkshire this has to be one of our favourite family days out.  It's a theme park and zoo all in one stretching over a massive 400 acres. With thrilling rides for the very daring like Cliff Hanger, Corkscrew and Kumali, there are also more gentle rides for the little ones such as Frog Hopper and Helitoys.  Family fun attractions include the 4D cinema, the lost river ride and the Little Monsters Den of Mischief. Check out their website for seasonal events which take place throughout the year and you can also gain more information about the zoo.  Flamingo Land is a resort as well as a theme park so you can also book accommodation there.

This is an outstanding world heritage site located close to Ripon in the North Yorkshire area.
