"Quite and clean. Pub on doorstep. Nice food reasonably priced good beer. Reception nice shop open late. Staff pleasent. Garden centre and antique shop next door worth a look. The lodges are more like static vans. Decorated to a high standard with all amenities. Extremely clean & tidy. Personal preference not much work top space for cooking and bathrooms very small. This would not put us off booking again. Beds comfortable. Outside space very nice and hot tub fantastic"

"We spent a few days here in Feb half time and we absolutely loved it and recommended to friends who have subsequently booked a holiday there too. The lodge was spotless, we loved the little touch of the little bottles of prosecco and the dog treats. We had loads of information about the lodge, park and the local area prior to our arrival. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our only minor criticism was the hot tub wasn't as private as we expected, and others were a lot more private, but we would still come again. Thank you! :)"

"We stayed in the Christmas cabin which was beautiful. The park was quiet with not many people staying at the time, however I would imagine when its busy it may feel a little overlooked. The cabin we were in was lovely and clean, but the bathrooms were in need of some TLC. The staff on the park made us feel welcome, we had an amazing hamper left for us on arrival with some beautiful locally baked cakes and biscuits, there were also treats left for the dog. There is a pub a stones throw away which is dog friendly and makes some lovely food, we ate there twice. Overall we had a lovely time, mainly being lazy in front of the fire. Would definitely recommend"

"Just come back from a lovely week in the signature lodge (16 the mews) The lodge was spotless and had everything you need (was also in a culdesac part of the park so very quiet)There was a nice welcome pack on arrival with a few essentials and also 2 bottles of prosecco to enjoy!The staff we met were polite and friendly! We paid for early check in which was ready on time and we would do this again..We had a few food/takeaway deliveries and everyone seemed to find us just find with the signage around the siteHot tubs are well looked after (we have one at home and knew the levels were perfect) they are constantly checked (if your in the tub they will not disturb you and if you are relaxing on the decking they will always ask first)The lodge was well equipped and very large! Everything was easy to use there was also a washer which was handy for towels etcCannot fault anything about the lodge/site would recommend to anyone and we will be back"

"Absolutely amazing stay at Willow Pastures! All the staff were so helpful from our booking date right up until the moment we checked out (thank you Lillie!). The site itself is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. We stayed at Champagne Lodge - 21 Chestnut Drive. We loved this position as it was on the edge of the site so it was private and quiet, but all of the lodges on site looked immaculate. The lodges are luxurious, spotlessly clean (thank you Joanna!) and extremely well equipped. Lovely little touches of an Easter egg for my Niece and mini bottles of Prosecco were so sweet. The beds were comfortable, the showers were powerful and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need (including full size fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher). The hot tub was gorgeous (and huge!) and it was checked daily without any inconvenience to us. There was also board games and playing cards and Netflix available on the TV for the odd rainy day. We also loved that the decking area was secure and gated so it was perfect to let our dog have a little wander about on the terrace securely. The price we paid offered fantastic value for money in our opinion, especially when compared with the price other lodges that are no where near as luxurious or well equipped. Thank you so much again for a wonderful relaxing stay - we cant wait to come back! ????"

"Our 3rd stay and this time we picked a different lodge for a change, having previously stayed in Retreat ones. We were in 5 Silver Birch Way which we thought was perfect, we loved the layout. Lovely king size bed, cosy bench seating around the dining table and even a bath which our daughter was pleased about! The only reason I've scored 4 stars was due to the positioning of the lodge. The 2 either side face the other way so unfortunately this meant our car parking space was on the opposite side to the front door and we had next doors car parked next to our hot tub. It didn't spoil our holiday but we much prefer the lodges where the hot tub faces the grassy area. We can recommend the Gardeners Pub next door for food, Hornsea for a day at the beach and East Park is great if you have kids."

"We booked the lodge last minute for a few days relaxation away and we werent disappointed. The lodge was lovely and clean, and well equipped. The hot tub was super clean and checked twice daily. We expected the hot tub to be at the rear of the lodge but it was actually on the front. But there was natural planting around it and to be honest we didnt see many people whilst there! Its well placed for days to York, Scarborough etc. My only criticism and its only minor as doesnt affect the holiday is that it could have done with a retouch of paint in places and the toilet seat was wrong size in one bathroom! Thank you we had a fab time"

"Totally recommend these lodges . Everything you possibly need for your stay, all you need it your clothes and your food..very very comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The gardeners pub is right next door and serves lovely food and had a good size beer garden. While we were there ,there was some work being done on the grounds so a bit noisy and dusty , but what else can you expect, it didn't ruin anything for us. Would we stay again.. more than likely if my mobility improved"
