"Lovely lodge, spotless clean, only gripe is 2 of the blinds wouldn't open which made the kitchen area a bit dark, beds nice and comfy and plenty of towels."

"My only complaint is the mattress was very soft and the floorboards creaking outside the second bedroom, not ideal when have children asleep. But this would not put me off staying again. A beautiful lodge."

"Fantastic lodge, well decorated, clean and everything needed in there. We liked the added touch of dressing gowns for when we got out of the hit tub. The hottub was set up and ready to use as soon as we got there and remained the perfect temperature throughout the weekend. View from the lodge was great and very peaceful area."

"We had a very comfortable stay in Silver Oak, it was one of the nicest lodges weve stayed in as a group of 4 friends. The decor was really chic, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. The hot tub was great too! Staff very helpful and Im sure we will be back!"

"Green Oak lodge has 3 lovely en-suite bedrooms. The open plan living/dining space was perfect. The kitchen area was really well equipped with high-end accessories. There were a couple of things that negatively affected our holiday. The large extractor shield over the hob is made of glass. Being slightly lower than head height, it easy to forget it is there when leaning over to cook. Both my wife and I bruised our heads on its edges. The hot tub overlooking the lake was great but unusually there is no outside lighting on the balcony. It gets pitch dark out there and is a bit dangerous when the sun goes down."

"Stopped in one of the lodges with 2 dogs and a hot tub. Reception - excellent bar and food - excellent - very relaxed atmosphere Dog park by reception - handy for dedicated area for letting the dogs off Lodge was excellent and and if I am going to nit pick it - I would say that the lodges are too close together and almost had too much furniture in it - whole shelving unit - that has no purpose for the visitor. Location wise - 5 mins from Tweaksbury town centre but drove the 40 mins to Bourton on the water - which was excellent and dog friendly everywhere."

"The White Oak is a wonderful lodge with hot tub. Very clean and had everything you need for a self catering stay. Little welcome pack of bread, cereal, jam, milk and orange juice. And even one for the dog. Would recommend."

"We had an amazing stay! We stayed in the elm lodge, the view is stunning! The interior of the lodge is aesthetically pleasing, very pretty! We walked our dog around the lake, theres shops nearby, couldnt criticise it if I tried, was an amazing stay and very dog friendly! Would definitely recommend x"

"The Birch was fantastic - very spacious for the 4 of us and dog. Very clean and felt brand new. Bedrooms were very spacious - great ensuite and main bathroom. Great heating and spacious kitchen. The TV had all the channels as well as Netflix and Disney+. Wifi was great. It was excellent. Will get one with a hot tub next time."

"All my college buddies had a get together @CFWP. Cottage(Birch) was excellent and neatly maintained. Facilities were nice. Very peaceful location, just couple of mins drive to the grocery shops. Lake side view is amazing and had fun with swimming in the lake during the hot weather. It was few mins drive to cotsworld attractions where we covered all the tourist spots in 2 days. Overall 3 nights stay was memorable and amazing experience. While booking we thought we spend little bit expensive for stay but after visiting the location and room it was worth paying. I love to take my family here whenever I get a chance."

"Had a fantastic time and are trying to organise going back again asap. Really great atmosphere with lots to do and the lodges were great. The site could do with its own shop to cater for the site but it does have a sign saying one is being built in March 2023 ."

"We didn't use a lot of the facilities, however those participating in water sports on the lake seemed to be having a great time! We did use the cafe once for breakfast which was disappointing. The eggs were all over cooked and I don't think the chef had ever mad eggs royal before because it wasn't served with hollandaise sauce over the top (we had to ask for some). However, the staff were very apologetic to our complaint and we received free drinks in an attempt to rectify the situation."

"We stayed for 3 nights in the Willow lodge and loved it. Would have stayed longer but was fully booked. Location was lovely, lodge well equipped and hot tub was great. Staff great too. Very minor point, a parasol would have been handy for the patio area to cope with the heat. Would definitely book again. Thank you."

"Lovely location position of our lodge really good large patio area great hot tub good quality items and enough of everything lovely welcome pack. Lake and area kept very neat and tidy. Play areas for children could do with some swings we had 3 and 5 year olds. Ant problem in lodge kitchen we reported when we left but not a deal breaker!"
