"Not a platinum stay where located on a corner had traffic all day and evening, people turning up with kids for swimming lessons car doors slamming,a luxury stay caravan should be away from main entrance and in quite areas people walking up and down all day and going back to their caravan after a drink in the evening a, next door keeping us awake all night, drinking, smoking slamming doors, there needs to be a fence or something between each caravan next door had there sun loungers up against our caravan and all we had ever time they got up and sat down was a bang on the side of our caravan,so we just went out as much as possible to get away from it,so much for a restful week"

"Could do with more crockery and cutlery to accommodate the amount of people it sleeps, found the dishes etc still dirty and had to wash them, debris under the beds used tissues ????"

"Caravan needs a good clean. Carpets are filthy the plates were dirty and cobwebs all over the ceilings"

"We booked this accommodation for our daughters wedding which was at a venue close by. This cottage was lacking in some basics ie. the bathroom bin not emptied, no toilet roll, no inside door mat, not a full set of crockery, no safety rails for the stairs and no mirror anywhere! However, it was comfy and, as it wasnt very nice during some of our stay, we appreciated the heatingespecially as I was there with my parents in their 80s. The staff were mostly friendly, welcoming and helpful and helped make the stay easier."

"Wel book this park . Kids clubSoft play. Swimming pool for my grandchildren. Arrived lated on Friday night about 5/6 reception was closed had to collect from bar.Caravan wasn't clean meds under bed and dirty wash .dirty clothes in cupboard and dirt packets under bed in living room. Complain they came and took meds. Not enough equipment for a family and no small shape knives or vegetable peeler, bottle opener , saucepans way to small for a family. Swimming pool opened very little but private swimming. Bar very expensive wasn't leaving until Monday. Was told Friday no kids club and play area shut until end of season. On web site it says 17th November. And we're setting up for private neon party ????????. Kids play area need some looking at..dangerous in places and never cleaned daily."

"Caravan was very basic for what we paid, but clean. Did not look like the picture on the website!A very hot weekend and disappointed that there were no chairs to sit outside the caravan to enjoy the sunshine.Shop on site very sparse, there is a small mini golf and an indoor swimming pool but not much else going on."

"Staff nice, perfect for a family with a 4 year old. Campsite really nice, caravan nice. Basic site which was what we wanted. But Staff need training, couldnt have a coffee or tea due to staff member not being hot drinks trained, yet manager(s) were drinking hot drinks. Swimming pool closed for half an hour between sessions yet toilets were filthy."

"Paid a little extra this time for a new lodge and it was beautiful and right at the front of everywhere"

"Had issues opening the balcony door, reported the issues, no one came to help.The pots provided are too small for a family of 6, not even a medium pot."

"This cottage could be a lot better if one or two things were provided, ie a couple of door mats just inside the doors, a tin opener, small measuring jug, bed side light, i would also like to have had some cleaning equipment sweeping brush dustpan and brush, maybe even a mop. The hot tub was a nice bonus when they got it sorted.It needs a little attention to the window handles. but overall we had a nice short break."

"caravan smelt of BO particularly the bedroom ,the carpets were filthy as were the sitting area, bedroom freezing cold heater did not work . The skirting & lamp shades thick with dust. Maybe you would like to steam clean the caravans out before people stay ."
