About Holiday Resort Unity

Holiday Resort Unity is one of our most popular holiday parks and it is easy to see why. The range of facilities and accommodation on offer is outstanding and the customer service and quality are second to none. Families return year after year to enjoy the entertainment, kid's clubs and leisure complex as well as the luxurious accommodation.

The site boasts a fabulous American themed entertainment complex, indoor and outdoor pools, 10-pin bowling, games rooms, fishing, golf, a fun park and a gym!  Children have their own club and a free outdoor play area and the evening entertainment offers something for all.

'Fun City' - the largest fun park in the South West where you can splash about in the indoor and outdoor pools and explore the glorious sandy beach just a stones throw away.

If you are looking for a quieter beach style holiday then the peaceful lodges at nearby Mendip View are ideal. Just half a mile from the Leisure facilities these luxurious lodges are right next to the beach at Brean Sands, and are popular with families with younger children looking to be a little further from all the action.

The Lodges at Mendip View are just minutes from the attractions of Holiday Resort Unity. The spacious luxury lodges overlook the beach and each comes with one double en suite bedroom and one twin. The living areas have flatscreen TV, DVD and CD player. Kitchens are well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. We love the fact that the lodges at Mendip View also feature private outdoor hot tubs - the perfect way to round of an enjoyable day.

Holiday Resort Unity Reviews

"Caravan was great plenty of room hot water and heating easy to use"
Verified Guest - Oct 2024
"My general rating of a Platinum 3 caravan is "ok" The van wasnt very clean, we had one room with no bed linen which i had to go back to reception to get as their text service was far too slow. And i ended up cleaning the van myself before we settled in. The van was disappointing to say the least. We had paid for one with decking, well what a waste of money, the decking wasn't even 4ft wide, you could barley move on it. The "view" from the decking was into a private vans back garden area. The 2nd twin bedroom was tiny, lucky it was only for my 18 month old. The van had wifi access but we were not provided with the password for it so could not use this facility. The only positive of the van was it had allocated parking right next to the van.Tha play park was ok, although not a lot for the younger children that is safe for them. The splash park was brilliant and all the family enjoyed it fro. 30yrs to 18 months. We did not entertain the theme park as was far too expensive for what was on offer."
Georgina - Jun 2024
"Spotless, modern and well equipped. Brilliant location (106) would highly recommend"
Charlotte - Apr 2024
"The accommodation was not value for money at all. The beddings in the accommodation gave my kids rash, no idea if is the detergent used or it was a old beddings used no idea. The holiday in total was way too costly than expected after paying the high fee for accommodation. Would definitely not be coming again and would be advising families and friends to think it through before making the journey."
Olu - Nov 2023
"Nice caravan - luckily a bit out of the way of the main bulk of other caravans. No towels or tea towels. No hair dryer, no iron, no washer, dryer or dishwasher. The twin beds in the smallest bedroom were too small to be of use to anyone over 8.Very clean. Good sized living room. Good sized main bedroom"
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"Rjs is the best venue for entertainment although quite expensive for food , the tavern didnt have much on and again quite expensive for food , I would definitely come back again though as overall we had a brilliant week"
Susan - Jun 2023
"Will not return to unity farm Brean. Not enough to do without it costing a fortune. No entertainment at RJs which was disappointing as staff there were lovely and food was good. Noisy neighbours for 5 nights who thought shouting and laughing was ok at midnight Got used to it after a while . But caravan was excellent."
Dianne - Jul 2020
"great holiday, fab site with lots to do"
Amanda - Jul 2020
"Excellent 4 night holiday booked at short notice due to the current circumstances"
David - Jul 2020
"Great time we livened the caravan and Had fun onsite and in the local area"
Lisa - Jul 2020
"Really enjoyable stay will definitely return and recommend the site to family and friends"
Shane - Jul 2020
"Was nice caravan tidy and comfy just would like to sit outside so next time would upgrade to one with decking to sit out"
Nigel - Jul 2020
"Didnt look like the photo as didnt have any decking. But nice van. New and clean"
Rebecca - Jul 2020
"The lodge was advertised as having free wifi. Despite going to reception and talking to Wifinity and getting registered there was no internet signal at the lodge. We sold the holiday to our teens based on having wifi. Not good! Our daughter had to walk over to Reception to get enough signal to download anything. We would have paid for extra devices as well if there had been any signal.

Also this lodge being actually situated at the gate of the Theme Park would not be particularly quiet or accessible in the Season. We enjoyed the peace in February but were glad the park was closed. A short walk to the Swimming Pool though!

The Lodge itself was comfortable for 5. There wouldn't be enough seats in the lounge or room in the hot tub for 8!
Some of the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen could do with tuning up to be soft close as they stayed open/out.
The path round the Lodge ended near one end of the decking. This meant that the Wardens had to walk on mud to get onto the decking steps to service the hot tub twice a day. So we had mud grit and grass on the decking that then tracked into the hot tub even with extra mopping!"
Claire - Feb 2020
"Fabulous time spent at this fabulous park
Just the closeness to the road wirh lil ones not so good"
Liz - Feb 2020
"Would be nice if all drivers stuck to the 15 mph limit, as some drivers didnt abide to it."
Julie - Nov 2019

Maria - Oct 2019
"I don't really know what more to say. Best weekend of this year for us! See you soon :-)"
Daniel - Sep 2019
"Lovely caravan. Only thing that was an issue and its a petty thing. There was no sharp knife to cut cheese or peel carrots!! Only a veg peeler which wasnt great or a huge carving knife. And the knife wasnt that sharpe !! Oh and we didnt have a clothes aired to dry towels & swimwear! As I said petty things nothing major."
Simon - Sep 2019
"We all had a good time at the Unity Site."
Gillian - Aug 2019
"First time at Unity. Would definitely go back.
Lovely food. Value for money.
Clean caravan and park."
Derek - Aug 2019
"The caravan was we'll equip the and clean. Although we could have done with. Vacuum during the week after being on the beach etc. Kids loved the entertainment too."
Lucy - Aug 2019
"brilliant accommodation only marked down because "pillows noisy" as had protectors on. first time having a caravan with bedrooms each end we didn't have to do the " caravan shuffle" plenty of room."
Marita - Aug 2019
"Fantastic holiday cant wait to visit again soon"
Alison - Aug 2019
"Fabulous van! Only negative we found that everyone stubbed their toe at some point on the sofa edge by floor, or bed frame. Make sure you take slipper lol."
Katharine - Aug 2019
"Fantastic, affordable accommodation and dog friendly site. We would return every year but we need to travel in two vehicles and our second vehicle is a van and as of 2020 vans are not allowed on site, shame because we all loved it."
Alison - Jul 2019
"I would come again but it's the affordability that stops us sometimes."
Emma - Jul 2019
"Not for us sorry."
Carole - Aug 2022
"We had a lovely family holiday we would do it again"
Linda - Aug 2022
"Very disappointed with the theme park, charged £5 to walk around the park with our grandkids who went on the rides and we did not go on any. Very disappointed and only went in the once."
David - Aug 2022
"We had a lovely family holiday - caravan was spacious, well-equipped, clean and well positioned to get to all the facilities and entertainment venues on site and also to the beach. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this caravan site."
Deborah - Aug 2022
"Was awesome… was so happy with the van had everything u need kids loved it… only thing I didn’t like was mattresses they were like sleeping on a board so maybe bit of improvement there would be good for comfort … but other than that had a wicked time love unity :)"
Dave - Jul 2022
"Overall the holiday was a good one the caravan was really nice modern and clean had everything you needed, booking with hoseason it was separate from the other built up caravans part it was quite a lot of room outside, we had to wait till 5pm to get in and it didn’t help it was the hottest day of the year lucky they let us in an hour early! the staff was very helpful they had 2 club houses rjs which very loud and full of people more performance and the tavern which was a lot more chilled and more Involvement for the kids like games dancing prizes. The beach was lovely beautiful sandy just a walk away swimming was great it had amusement parks, karting rides a ice cream parlour, sweet shack, market on Monday and Sunday! And boot sale Wednesday, has a fantastic time"
Charlie - Jul 2022
"Brilliant holiday, couldn't fault it. Will definitely be returning again soon"
Louise - Jul 2022
"Lovely holiday But really could do with a swimming pool you don't have to pay for every time!"
