Moreover, access to long stretches of golden sands in the area make this resort the best place for exploring South Wales.

The lodges are elegantly designed, offering luxurious comfort. The View is a chic cosy lodge with 2 bedrooms, a spacious open plan living area and a stylish kitchen. Doors lead to a decking area with furniture and outdoor hot tub with views across the Taf Estuary. The Glan y Mor Lodge is perfect for big families or small groups with one double and two twin rooms and an open plan living area. The lodge also has outdoor decking with a hot tub to relax in.

Should you decide to venture out of the resort grounds there is lots to discover in this beautiful area. The Llansteffan castle offers a great peek into the wonderful Welsh history and the village also has numerous little shops to indulge in a little retail therapy. The St. Governs Chapel and Lamphey Bishops palace are also just a few miles away.

The Llanstephan Beach, Pendine Sands and Pembrey Beach are all beautiful beaches, perfect for days spent exploring the sandy stretches and the cliffs, caves and rockpools, just a short walk away from these beaches. To keep fit and explore the beautiful Welsh countryside, there are various trails like Happy Valley Walking in the Snowdonia National Park or Oxwich Bay Walk with its trails along coastal habitats. the day can also be spent at the Canoe centre in Llandysul indulging in a range of sports like canoeing, archery, rock climbing or kayaking.

The Blue Lagoon, one of the largest indoor water parks in Wales is also just a few miles away. Nature lovers can also pay visits to the numerous gardens in the resort’s vicinity. We definitely recommend the Aberglasney Gardens located in Tywi valley of Carmarthenshire, often cited as inspiration for poetry for over 500 years.

Laugharne Resort and Milkwood Spa is the perfect luxurious retreat for making sweet memories with your loved ones.

Emma Carter - Sep 2024
"We had a fantastic stay! The lodge was lovely with stunning views and the hot tub was a real treat. Only tiny gripe was missing a mirror in the main bedroom and no obvious recycling bins for metal. Still, we loved it and want to return!"
Emma Clarke - Aug 2024
"The lodge was lovely overall and we really enjoyed our stay. Just a heads up, we asked for a deep clean because our daughters allergies and there was food under the sofa, which was a bit concerning."
Jamie - Aug 2024
"We absolutely loved our stay at Dylan Coastal Resort! The lodge was modern and super comfortable, with a hot tub and amazing views. The spa and pool made the most of the estuary scenery, which was stunning. The staff were really helpful and the concierge service was a real bonus, especially on rainy days. Will definitely come back!"
Emma - Aug 2024
"Beautiful place, would definitely return soon."
Emma Clarke - Jun 2024
"This lodge was a real gem! Its spacious and super stylish, with everything we needed - though we did miss some mirrors in the bedrooms. The sitting area was so comfy and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for evenings outside. The hot tub was spotless and had stunning views of the estuary. Three big bedrooms with loads of storage, plus a lovely family bathroom and en-suite in the master. Definitely recommend!"
Emma - Jun 2024
"Great stay, would definitely come back!"
Emily Carter - May 2024
"The place is pretty comfy overall, but a bit more tidying up would make it perfect. We get that the turnover can be quick, but a touch more attention to detail with cleaning would make a real difference. Still, it's a nice spot!"
Emma - Apr 2024
"We had such a lovely stay at this resort! The views are truly breathtaking and the lodges are really charming, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The facilities are top-notch - the spa, pool, gym - all spotless and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the terraces with a drink in hand, soaking up the gorgeous surroundings. Dining at Milkwood House was a real highlight; both breakfast and dinner were beautifully presented, tasty and good value, with friendly and knowledgeable staff helping us out. Theres plenty to explore nearby too - Tenby, Saundersfoot and the Dylan Thomas Boathouse are all within half an hour. The village of Laugharne is just a short walk away, with shops, takeaways and a pub. All in all, a fantastic place to unwind - wed definitely come back!"
Harper - Apr 2024
"Not worth it"
Emma Carter - Mar 2024
"The place was spotless, super cosy and warm. The fixtures felt top-notch and the views over the estuary were stunning. Loved it!"
Emma Clarke - Feb 2024
"We recently stayed in Epic Spa 7 and honestly, we didnt want to leave! The lodge was super modern and had everything we could possibly need - it felt quite luxurious. Weve already booked to come back in a week's time, this time at Dylan Spa, so thats saying something! The hot tub was a real highlight, perfect if you love relaxing in one and even with other lodges in front, we still enjoyed lovely views of the estuary. The spa area was fantastic - honestly, some of the best Ive been to. Heated pool, sauna, steam room, heated stone beds and a hydrotherapy pool - the views from there were stunning! We mostly had the spa to ourselves which made it even more special. We also booked a full-body massage and facial and they were absolutely top-notch - so relaxing! We had dinner in the restaurant once and the staff were incredibly friendly, fussing over our little boy which was lovely. Were really looking forward to seeing them again soon. The concierge service was also brilliant - they took us back and forth between Milkwood House and our lodge without any hassle. The only tiny thing was that under the sofa was a bit dusty and you could tell it hadnt been hoovered for a while - found an old bib there! But honestly, thats a minor thing. Overall, if youre thinking about booking, Id say go for it - you wont be disappointed!"
Sam - Jan 2024
"We had an amazing time at the Dylan Resort! The lodge was truly beautiful, with stunning views that kept us mesmerised. The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a day out. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Honestly, we can't wait to come back to this lovely place!"
Alex - Jan 2024
"We had a fantastic time at this resort! The views over the estuary are truly breathtaking and the modern lodges perched on the hill give everyone a great view. The spa, pool and restaurant were super easy to access, making the whole experience relaxing. Definitely recommend for a chilled getaway with stunning scenery."
James - Jan 2024
"We had an incredible time during our three-night family getaway. The stunning views, cosy home comforts and relaxing spa facilities really made it special. Plus, the winter sun was the cherry on top - absolutely gorgeous! Wed definitely return."
Emma Carter - Jan 2024
"Great spot with fantastic amenities, loved the pool, would return!"
Alex - Jan 2024
"Had a lovely stay, would definitely return."
James - Jan 2024
"We had a lovely stay overall, but I must admit, the location is quite hilly. If youre not keen on steep slopes, it might be a bit challenging. We found ourselves using the car quite a bit to get to the swimming area since its quite far from the main facilities, although they do offer a handy taxi service around the site. The lodge itself was fantastic-really well kept and comfortable. One small suggestion for improvement: adding some stairs or shortcuts, especially near Milk Wood House. We stayed there and were so close to everything, but a proper path down to the main facilities would have made things a lot easier. Still, a great place to stay!"
Emma Roberts - Jan 2024
"Had a great time. The views are fantastic. Staff were incredibly helpful."
Fiona - Aug 2022
"We had a great break. The lodge had fabulous views of the estuary and the spa facilities were great. The staff at reception and at the spa/restaurant were very responsive and helpful."

"We had a lovely holiday. We stayed in Ferry Hills, the view is just breathtaking and sitting in bed in the master suite looking out onto the estuary was lovely. The property was well equipped and clean. We used the spa everyday as the kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Only drawback to be honest was the sales staff chasing us trying to get us to either buy a property or a timeshare, on the second day of our holiday we were called 5 times and then several the next day- basically Until we agreed to meet them, kind of put a dampener on our holiday to be honest, it wasn’t what we were there for, we were there to relax."
