Llanrhidian Holiday Park Reviews

"Such a comfy bed"
Elaine - Mar 2025
"Perfect caravan, Parc itsrlf more than excellent"
Rob - Mar 2025
"We had a lovely stay in a beautifully clean Dog Friendly Platinum Caravan with only a few minor exceptions on the site itself. At night the lighting in the cut-de-sacs is poor even with high powered torches we only had limited visibility. The other problem was the amount of dog poo around the site despite a few poo bins being provided. The onsite shop is very expensive with basic necessities almost double the price you pay outside the holiday park. However, we had a smashing holiday and hope to go again later in the year."
Sharon - Mar 2025
"Have to be careful that you don't lock the van door with the key fob inside. very easily done ( I didn't ) but could see how easy it would be to do."
Stephen - Feb 2025
"Lovely well maintained caravan nice little touches with swan towels my son loved it ????"
Lisa mary - Feb 2025
"Lovely caravan, amazing value . We took our dog so was not expecting it to be the best but it was"
Verified Guest - Feb 2025
"Lovely stay couldnt fault it at all"

"Just Wow! This lodge is something else and we managed to get it for a knock down price due to the time of year. Its huge, tv in all rooms, lovely power showers and the hot tub. ????"
Garry - Oct 2024
"overall an **excellent** experience. The caravan offered fantastic **value for money**, with plenty of space for the family . The **comfort** was top-notch, with cozy beds and a welcoming living area that made it feel like a home away from home. The **furniture and fittings** were modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall sense of luxury. It was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend it for families."
Eugene - Sep 2024
"Clean, neat and spacious.Nice little welcome back for the dogs ????"
Adam - Aug 2024
"Other than a greasy pan in the cupboard the caravan was lovely"
Rachel - Aug 2024
"Van was well laid out with plenty of room.We had a slight problem with the wet room. When showering the drain didn't seem to cope with the amount of water. We mentioned it to the staff and they were going to check it after we left."
Sue - Aug 2024
"Lovely holiday park with great facilities for us as a family, well stocked shop, pool and play area. Staff were helpful and friendly."
Verified Guest - Aug 2024
"We would have liked a vacuum cleaner."
Keith Wright - Aug 2024
"Basically is okay to stay for the holiday but shower curtain was dirty. It had a very welcoming look."
Verified Guest - Jul 2024
"We had a lovely time in Llanrhidian Holliday Park. We didnt use any facilities but the staff was friendly, caravan clean and spacious; and everything we needed was provided. To be honest we didnt know at the time of booking that it was an adapted caravan (it appeared to have the wrong description) but we really enjoyed how spacious it was."
Verified Guest - Jun 2024
"The beds are not comfortable but everything else is great."
Verified Guest - May 2024
"Had a wonderful very relaxing week for Husbands birthday Hot tub was lovely caravan was very clean and staff very welcoming"
Janette - May 2024
"Hotup was perfect. Really enjoyed our holiday."
Tamara - May 2024
"Brilliant & cosy cottage far enough out the way to be secluded but close enough to local amenities. Amazing hotub & bathroom with underfloor heating throughout tops it off. The owners, Rob & Sharon are wonderful! (And of course Bonnie) Will definitely be coming back again for longer ASAP!!"
Christopher - Mar 2025
"Beautiful cottage with hot tub and log burner. lovely hosts, peaceful, perfect for our mini break. Hope to return for longer soon!"
Emma - Mar 2025
"Really well equipped house, lovely and warm too which was so nice on a rainy December day! Bath was just lovely and a nice big shower! The property is under a flight path - this did not disturb us at all! Dont be put off! A great location for dogs who hate fireworks as it's in the middle of nowhere. Really beautiful, well converted property. Thank you! "
Phoebe - Mar 2025
"It was everything we wanted for our weekend away and we loved staying here. We'll definitely be back! Our pups absolutely loved the underfloor heating and had so much fun in the garden. In fact Luna came home with a strained tail and according to the vet it was because she was wagging it so much over the weekend!! Very happy pups and hoomans!"
Andrew - Mar 2025
"Lovely cottage. Great location for us. Away from the hustle and bustle. Great hot tub . Lovely helpful non intrusive owners. They have it just right!"
Simon - Mar 2025
"Absolutely loved how well maintained and equipped this cottage is. Plenty of dog walks right on the doorstep. Very friendly host, they were so efficient and communication was excellent. We enjoyed meeting the animals on the farm and the very curious pig penelope. Perfect escape for us and the doggos. Will definitely be back, brilliant value!! Highly recommend. "
Brooke - Mar 2025
"Beautiful property, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable, had a fabulous break, hot tub amazing x"
Libby - Mar 2025
"Very kind and considerate owners. Couldnt be better. Enormously helpful and extremely pleasant. Charming half-timbered cottage with a great strong shower, cosy kitchen & living room combination and very comfortable bed. Fantastic parking directly next to the rented cottage. Well heated and very charming, and spotlessly clean. Great walks across the fields to the local village of Thaxted and of course within easy travelling distance of the village, replete with half-timbered houses and windmill. "
James - Mar 2025
"We had a wonderful time in Goddard Mead. The cottage was very complete and there were walks on the doorstep. The welcome and stay was very warm. The owners are lovely people."
Annemieke - Mar 2025
"The owners Rob & Sharon, have gone to a great deal of work to sympathetically convert this historic building & we couldn't have had a warmer greeting from them both & of course Bonnie. Goddard's Mead has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is in a great area of Essex and would recommend taking the time to wander around Thaxted and other villages/towns nearby to discover it's fascinating history & buildings. "
Carol - Mar 2025
"Such a lovely place to stay in a really beautiful, private location. The owners were really friendly and helpful, nearby if needed but without breaking that sense of privacy. The hot tub was perfect after a day of cycling! One thing to be aware of, the cottage is right under Stansted's flight path, and so there's a lot of aircraft noise. It only took us a couple of hours to get used to it and it didn't spoil our holiday at all, but something to be aware of if you're sensitive to noise. "
