Daffodil Lodge Reviews

Alex - Sep 2024
We had a fantastic week! The setting was so peaceful, with stunning clear night skies. The place had all we needed and more, really relaxing overall. Cheers!
Sam - Sep 2024
We stayed at this cosy lodge in September 2024 and lucked out with fantastic weather all week. The views are truly breathtaking, whether from the lodge, the garden, or soaking in the hot tub (we've got some pics!). The place is spacious enough for a family of three, with room to spare for four on the sofa bed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, though we did need to bring extra milk when we arrived. Overall, we'd definitely come back - it’s a gem!
Emma - Jul 2024
The cottages were spotless, cosyand the views absolutely stunning-definitely a lovely stay overall!
Harriet - Jul 2024
The setting is absolutely gorgeous, super peaceful with breathtaking views all around. Soaking in the hot tub while watching the sheep is such a chill experience. No neighbours, just the odd car passing by. We’ve been here twice now and can’t wait to come back. Truly special!
Emma - Jun 2024

The location was fantastic, with stunning views from the patio that we really enjoyed every day. Having the open space nearby for walks or a quick jog was ideal, especially for the dog. The hot tub was a great bonus after a long day. We all had a really relaxing, stress-free week with our family and pup. Definitely recommend!

This cottage really impressed us! The views of the Black Mountains from both the hot tub and the cottage are stunning. We lucked out with amazing weather, which made hill walking even better. Honestly, it’s one of the nicest places we’ve stayed and we’re definitely planning to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was warm and cosy, with a lovely homely vibe. Surrounded by rolling hills, sheep, lambsand blooming daffodils - what more could you ask for? Definitely coming back!
Emma - Mar 2023
We had a fantastic stay at this cosy cottage with breathtaking views of the Brecon Beacons. Even on rainy days, it’s perfect just to relax inside, watching the scenery from the comfort of the fire or soaking in the hot tub. The place is so peacefuland it’s got everything you need inside. Be aware there’s a bit of a drive on single lane roads, but honestly, it’s totally worth it for the tranquility and stunning surroundings.
Emma Carter - Aug 2022
We had a really lovely stay at this place. The surroundings are just breathtakingand the lodge, though small at first glance, is perfectly located and has everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the peaceful vibe and those stunning views. The outdoor sofa was a cute touch we used every day! It did get a bit warm inside, but nothing too bad. The covered hot tub was such a treat-definitely a top pick, we’d recommend it for sure!
Emma - Apr 2022

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely lodge. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxing. The place was spotless and decorated with taste. The warm welcome included fresh eggs, Welsh cakes, scones with jam, butter, milkand a kind note-such a thoughtful touch. The outdoor area is great, with covered spots and plenty of space. The hot tub under cover is a real bonus, usable all year round. We’d definitely come back!
