"Caravan was comfortable and had all amenities The only drawback was that the bed was not made that is down to you to make the sheets and pillowcases are just left on the side"

"Caravan was clean to the eye but my husband dropped something that went under the sofa in living area and it was very dirty and dusty. we found a dummy - not ours. And this wasnt far from the edge."

"The caravan needed updating and was dirty. Scss were stained and dirty , dusty and full of conwebs. Under beds hadnt been cleaned in a while as dirty socks and rubbish under the single beds."

"Caravan had plenty of lounge space, but bathroom very tight, and doors to bathroom and bedrooms all open onto each other, in a very confined space. Caravan designers need to improve their layouts."

"For a bronze caravan we were extremely suprised with how clean and comfy the caravan was. We had an amazing view where we watched the sun set every night. For 7 nights we paid peanuts! We cannot wait to return. We did not want to leave."

"Very poor as discussed previously.Toilets in reception very dirty, paddling in ?Water. Plastic cups for wine if sitting outside - you can walk from the shop with bottles which can break so wasn't logical!Ideal site for parties and those who don't mind a lot of noise."

"Caravan was a dated but almost expected that because we took our 2 dogs. We had a fantastic view from our caravan no57. The steps to the caravan were not very steady. We had a fabulous time weather fantastic and beautiful places to visit"

"7 year old van in need of a deep clean. Great facilities, dishwasher was a bonus. Otherwise, very comfortable, with an epic view."

"Lovely site,dog friendly,but couldnt use facilities with dog, so not really dog friendly.also van not cleaned at all chips in oven ,sweets sticky lollipops and chocolate on furniture, toilet and shower disgusting,cleaned up myself ,rather than bother anyone"

"The Gold Caravan was lovely and modern with all the home comforts to make your stay so much more relaxing. Full size cooker & fridge freezer with microwave and dishwasher made cooking & cleaning a joy whilst enjoying the fantastic view of the sea and rocky coastline. I'm 6' 3" so bed was a little small but still comfortable. TV with plenty of channels for the nights we stayed in and chilled."

"Awful! We found broken dried pasta pieces in the third cereal bowl down in the kitchen cupboard. A dirty pair of childen's knickers under one of the single beds & a sock under the other (we disposed of both of these)! There are cheese biscuits, food crumbs & a small rubber ball under the pull out sofa in the living area. The seating in the living area is absolutely filthy - have housekeeping at Sandaway Beach not heard of fast drying upholstery cleaner? Dusty radiators & fireplace & not great under the storage area of the lift up double bed either. The bathroom door is broken so you could not shut it, let alone lock it.During our stay we found other feedback left for this park which shows this to be an ongoing issue that sadly never seems to get resolved & because of this we saw no point in addressing it at the time. Needless to say a lesson learnt, check ALL feedback sites! My wife has worked in both housekeeping & hospitality sectors & can honestly say she has never witnessed such a slovenly attitude towards what is simply basic housekeeping. There is obviously no supervision in place let alone spot checks which should be standard practice!"

"We had a super family mini break overall. The staff were happy to help in any way they could. A couple of the bedroom doors were difficult to close and the handle of the main bedroom door had come loose but saying that didn't effect our holiday at all."

"Beautiful location, fab caravan exceptionally clean. Only negative comments are more seating required around pool & few more amusement machines for children. In you sister site there were far more amusements for children."

"Beautiful location , caravan clean and modern and only a short walk from the beach, mermaid cove and 10 mins to Combe Martin beach and town . Obviously a lot of hills but that’s Devon . Will definitely come back to this site"
