The staff were really friendly and our dog loved the thoughtful doggy gift. The caravan was spotless and well-stocked, making our weekend super relaxing. The heated pool was a real highlight, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Definitely recommend for a chilled getaway!"

"Our Mersea Island Holiday Park review: We had a lovely stay in this caravan! It comfortably fit our group of 7, though the sofa bed isnt great for two adults, which is a bit of a shame. The doors are super squeaky and we had to WD40 them because they woke up the kids every time someone opened or closed them - pretty annoying, even during the day. The shower was really nice and having two toilets was a real plus, especially with a big group. Wed definitely book again, just maybe bring some door lubricant! The cleanliness was a minor issue; our 5-year-old found a 5p coin and a toy car in the cupboard within minutes of arriving, which made us wonder about the deep clean claim, especially since Covid measures meant we had a later check-in and an earlier check-out. Still, overall, a good stay!"

"Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few little hiccups. When we arrived, our caravan wasnt as clean as wed hoped - toiletries from the last guests were still in the cupboard and there was cat litter under the sink, which was a bit off-putting. The microwave also didnt work, but since we didnt really need it, we didnt bother reporting it. We stayed in Poplars number 41 and had requested to be near the other families in our group. We were in the same row, but it wouldve been nicer if wed been next to each other! Still, it was a nice break overall."

"Beautiful, meticulously clean caravans. Really spacious too (we had 2 x 3 bed caravans). The site is really quiet, right on the seafront, and all other caravan users were really friendly. Great seafood stall on site - delicious! Highly recommend."

"Really happy with my jubilee weekend. The caravan was lovely and clean. The area was nice but the weather wasn't great. A nice kiddie play area was available but it would have been great to have one onsite. Luckily our kids were able to swim otherwise no swimming slots available for an adult.
