"We had a wonderful break , Honeysuckle lodge was clean, spacious. Reception staff were helpful. Great location and surroundings. Would be nice to have some hooks on the bathroom doors to hang towels/clothes."

"Lovely lodge with hot tub. Very spacious and great size for our 2 big dogs that came with us. The twin bedrooms were on the very small side and there wasn't a bedside table in one of them. It could have been a bit cleaner as there was thick dust on the TV unit and this was the first week of opening. Overall great value for money and I would revisit this park"

"The accommodation was 5 star. Definitely will be booking again! Clean, tidy and facilities were spot on. Stayed in December and the central heating was so hot! Perfect!"

"I stayed with my husband in this beautiful and fully equipped lodge. The interiors are done really well. An ample supply of towels were available along with bathrobes. A few things can be added to the property to stand out more. There is no smart TV so we could not connect to Wi-Fi and watch what we liked. Even though we were just the two people to attend the lodge, the beds were not made for the other two rooms. It should be specified if the lodge is facing the lake or not. I did mention a couple of days earlier at the reception that we will be arriving very late at the lodge. Upon calling them a day before a female receptionist mentioned that wed be disturbing other guests at the lodges. This did not sit right with me and I did not feel welcome. Nevertheless, I loved the property, loved the setting."

"We stayed in Pine 12. It was just what was needed, peace and quiet, hot tub, on site fishing and accommodation overlooking the lake. Accommodation was nice although not a lodge but a top of the range caravan. The site was well maintained and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only things missing were, toiletries in the bathroom, not even any handsoap, door mats, especially by the patio door, bath towels very small and not the big bat sheets you usually get with hoseasons, we were there for a week and there was no hoover only a soft brush which isn't the best to clean the carpet, you can't actually dine alfresco as there is just a coffee table on the patio. There are no tv's in the bathroom although there is a power and aerial point. The external light by the hot tub didn't work so we made the staff aware as it was really dark in the evening, still not sorted when we left. We had an issue with the TV the first night, seems the aerial came loose which is located in the wardrobe in the main bedroom. Bath robes were a bonus but on the snug side it would be better if they were all xlarge as big is better. Overall though we had the best time and would definitely recommend the lakeside restaurant just a few minutes away"

"Very spacious lodge, twin bedrooms are not cramped at all, bath was an extra bonus as well! When we checked in we were informed that the integrate fridge wasnt currently working but they had already a provided another fridge/freezer for us to use so caused us no issues at all. Everything was really clean. Cant reccomend enough!"

"We have been to home farm park several times and we love it, its our go to place for the skegness speed weekend, we have stayed in the same property 4 times but this time we tried a different property through a different provider and it was just as fantastic stay, very clean very comfortable and the hot tub was great, if I was being critical I would say the carpets in the property require replacing in the very near future.I would absolutely recommend Home farm park 9/10"

"Nice place to stay as its just a short car journey into skegness and over to the chip shop in Burgh Le Marsh which is great. the site itself is a fishermans paradise as plenty of pegs to fish from. its very dark at night as no lights on site and the shop is very basic so better off getting stuff you need from COOP in Burgh Le Marsh which is a 4 min car journey away and Skegness is an 8 min drive away. All in all a very good location and the Van was really good along with the hot tub that was very clean and hot when we arrived to site, the WiFi was great for the kids tablets and our phones - plenty of signal so never disconnected."

"Was very disappointed with the cleanliness overall of cooking equipment and hot tub ???? there were dried food on plates ect and frying pan was disgusting, we took it back to be told it was ware and tare.Absolutely wrong it was not cleaned.Hot Tub had scum all around the edges and dirt in bottom, this did not get cleaned until halfway through holiday.Will definitely think twice now as we have booked with Hoseasons a lot in last 10 years"

"The lodge was spotless when we arrived, the rooms were spacious and the hot tub was nice and warm ready for arrival. Access was simple and straightforward as well as leaving the property. The site had a shop and deli which we didnt use but it did look nice and inviting, there were 3 donkeys on site and well as lots of geese and ducks and other wildlife which the kids really enjoyed spotting. Enough privacy as lodges had good distance, peaceful and serene location. A 15 minute drive out to Skegness. We enjoyed our small break."

"Absolutely stunning....the sites surroundings ...the caravan ...all of it ...Great!!! wi-fi and 32" TV was a bonus.....A little bit pricey for 4 nights . but you get what you pay for I suppose ... Perfect few days break!!!! Would prefer to book direct with the site....but don't think that is possible ....but will definitely return !"

"Lovely short break away! Only downside was the heating being on timer and we had a day in the lodge (stayed in November) so it was rather cold. Had an issue with the boiler but rang the number given and had a gentleman come out straight away pretty much. Overall the stay was lovely and we would come back"

"I had a absolutely lovely time staying at Home Farm Park in a lodge with a Laskeside View, The lodge was absolutely beautiful and so clean, the beds were very comfortable and just overall so homely and cozy. Would 100% visit again it is so worth the money. There are local shops and Skegness is only a 10 minute drive which was a great day trip out. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend!"
