Andrewshayes Orchard Retreat Reviews

"The lodge was lovely but to sleep 6 there wasn't a seating area in the lounge to sit 6 people comfortably unless the dining table was used as well as the 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. Also I would expect upgraded white goods such as a full size kettle and 4 slice toaster instead of what appeared to be a travel kettle and only a 2 slice toaster."

"We had a really comfy and enjoyable stay. A pleasant surprise when we found the bar and pool was open as Is read not open until the day after we'd left. Lovely and very friendly staff. Would definitely come back again. It was perfect for what we had gone for"
Luci - Mar 2022
"Stayed in the Vip symphony lodge 1 for 3 nights. Immaculately clean, friendly staff who were very helpful, hot tub was best we have ever had. Only slight issue was no wifi, fine for us but would have been handy for my son!"

Andrea - Sep 2019
"The Symphony VIP with hot tub and surroundings was beautiful. Added perks were that there were a complimentary bottle of prosecco and a pack of biscuits left in the caravan. I would totally recommend Andrewshayes Retreat which is tranquil, relaxing with beautiful views along with the caravans and hot tubs being brand spanking new all added to a fantastic experience.

However the rest of the site was tired and run down."
Ruth - Sep 2019
"Lovely caravan an excellent hot tub poor site facilities and ignorant staff in restaurant ground staff brilliant and helpful not much to do for kids in the area!"
Deena - Aug 2019
"Beautiful part of the world, amazing lodge, hot tub wonderful and location on site peaceful and relaxing, would highly recommend and will definitely return"

"Lodge and hot tub and view were beautiful."
Elizabeth - Aug 2019
"Peaceful and idyllic."
Janet - Aug 2019
"The only draw back was the fact you had to pay for the wi-fi, I would rather have an internet caf near the main entrance and pay more on the rental if the wi-fi was free."
John - Aug 2019
"Fantastic holiday, peaceful surroundings, wonderful for children with all the on-site facilities, football pitch and plenty of grass areas. Lodge was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Hot tub well maintained daily. Didn’t eat in restaurant mainly due to it being a bit on the small size so rather cramped and pool outside areas could be revamped but overall would rate the park 10/10 and will be returning."
Verified Guest - Aug 2022
"Stayed in Orchard Retreat in a holiday home with jacuzzi, it was lovely & clean, there were towels for the Jacuzzi & a little welcome gift of Procecco & biscuits. We couldn't fault it, the onsite restaurant meals were very good. The location was perfect easy to go out & about & we mist definitely will return."

"Beautiful location looking out over fields. Very helpful staff on arrival, providing maps information and offering to take us to our lodge. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable, very homely with welcome gifts that were a great extra. Amazing for taking the dog too and loved the blanket to allow them on the furniture with us, very different attitude to other places we’ve stayed."
Arainna - Jul 2022
"Perfect location close to many Towns with outstanding beaches etc , second visit here, this time in the orchard retreat, perfect with dogs as has its own dog field and woods. Pool perfect & quiet as not school hols. Lodge was clean and hot tub was perfect. "Andrewshayes Orchard Retreat is fabulous! We arrived and was greeted with a smile and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at our lodge and was very pleased with how clean and fresh it all was. The complimentary prosecco and biscuits was such a lovely gesture ?. It is set in a very peaceful area and we all slept so well! Signal was good enough for our mobiles and pads in the evening and connecting to the retreat wifi was easy. Lots of places to visit and plenty of local pubs/restaurants to eat and drink in. We will definately give a 10/10 rating as it was very well deserved."
